Cette très joliment meublée 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison avec un garage pour 2 voitures est des vacances parfaites maison loin de la maison. Niché à l'extrémité nord de l'île, il peut accueillir six personnes avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la chambre d'amis, et un lit superposé avec plein sur le fond et deux sur le dessus dans l'autre chambre d'hôtes .
Une piscine chauffée nouvellement construit et SPA donnant sur le canal avec une véranda couverte était une belle addition à la maison. Il fournit une excellente alternative de temps passé de détente pour toute la famille!
La maison est juste une courte promenade de la plage et des restaurants. Et environ 1 mile de Times Square.
Il est petit chien amical et équipé avec câble et internet sans fil, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge et sèche-linge.

La maison loue aux familles et aux adultes de plus de 25 ans, une preuve d'âge est requise.

Short walk to the beach….

What a great place to spend a month…warm weather, short bike rides to lunch/dinner, beautiful sunsets and a short walk to the beach, where we usually saw dolphins.The owners are fantastic and responsive to any questions/needs! See you next year….

Beautiful home with pool on a canal.

Nice home with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and it was nice to be able to see the canal while in the pool. María was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Amazing family time

The house was very comfortable, cleaned close to everything. The kids were very happy with fishing behind the house to swimming in the pool . We will definitely be renting this property next year. We recomend renting a gulf cart

This is an awesome property. Walking distance to the beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The host was very friendly and responsive. Only thing I would add is a grill on back patio. The best way to get around FMB is by walking, biking, or E-bikes. Golf cart are good but traffic gets really bad in the afternoons. I highly recommend this property. Hopefully we will get to rent it again soon!

Amazing!

This was amazing place to stay so close to everything! We got to see a dolphin in the canal and a manatee. The kids loved the pool. It rained a good part of our trip but with the pool being the way it was we got a ton of use out of it!

Beautiful home - Great Host

This home was VERY clean and had everything we needed. The host was very flexible and allowed me to change my check in and out dates based on my flight change. She was quick to respond if we had any questions. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit with my kids. Would not have changed a thing. I highly recommend this home and if we come back to Ft Myers we will be sure to see if this home is available again.

Stay Here!

This steps-from-the-beach family ranch-style home in Fort Myers Beach is awesome! Six of us thoroughly enjoyed the owners' 3-bedroom beautifully furnished and clean accommodations, along with a relaxing lanai with saltwater pool and hot tub along the canal. Owners Maria and Ralph are very responsive to questions and offered great suggestions and tips. There are plenty of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, pool toys, 4 adult/2 kids bicycles, a grill, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to make meals, although there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby! There are TVs (with cable) in each bedroom, hair dryers in each bathroom, and comfy seating throughout! With a handy washer and dryer in the 2-car garage, you won't need to pack many clothes! The Estero Blvd. construction should be finished soon, and the air-conditioned Trolley is still 75 cents/ride--or you can purchase day/week passes. If we can get our family schedules coordinated soon, we'll be looking to reserve another week -- that is, if you haven't already reserved it!

Best vacation in a long while

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner (maria). She is great and the property was just as great. The property was very clean and had everything we needed and more. I strongly recommend this property for your next vacation. you will not be disappointed . If I am back in the Fort Myers area, I am definitely going to try to stay here again.

Amazing Vacation

This property and the location made a fantastic vacation. The owner responded promptly to any questions and the property had everything we needed. The pool, spa and daily walks to the beach were wonderful. Short distance walk to some good restaurants was also a bonus. Enjoyed this property so much I am trying to figure out when we can go again.

Great location and pool!

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood to walk in. The house was nice. Everything you need for a great vacation. Pool and hot tub were great and easy to operate. Could use hand rails at pool and hot tub to help older people to get in and out of. Other than all beds needed toppers for them, which we purchased to use on them while we were there. We absolutely would stay here again and recommend to others.

Excellent for a family with kids!

We are a family of 5, kids aged 2, 3, and 10. We had a blast!! The pool and spa were perfect and the location of the house was a nice bike ride down to town square. Walking distance to the beach, and the Salt water canal was a nice view. The house itself was clean and and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Our kids never wanted to leave!

Nice canal home near Fort Myers beach

The property matches the listing and was great for our 2 week family vacation. The house is a smaller 3-bedroom on the canal with pool and hot tub, and is just a short walk to a relatively quite part of Fort Myers beach! Our family of 5 (3 kids 10yo, 6yo, 2yo) enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The owners and property manager were responsive when contacted, although we did not have any issues that required much contact! The house was stocked with everything we needed, including beach items and bikes. Lastly as a note, if you are traveling with children under 2, we did not see any baby/toddler items (pack-n-play, stroller,etc.), so you will need to bring your own.

Wonderful!

My family and I rented this house for a week stay in Fort Myers Beach and I cannot say enough great things about it! Maria and Ralph were easy to communicate with and thought of everything you need to stay at their property! The screened in pool and spa are amazing and the short 5 minute walk to the private beach was very convenient! I highly recommend this home for your stay in FMB!

Super Clean - Family Fun

This was the ideal property for our family vacation. First and foremost the property was super clean. They pool was amazing and the walk to the beach was short. The property manager was very responsive with the one issue we had. Great time.

Property was less than a 5 minute walk to beach. Pool had a heater. House had chairs, pool floats , cooler, and towels. Clean, property manager easy to reach.

Great house and location

This was such a fun house to be at. You are on a canal so if you rent a boat you have parking. It is really close to the beach, which you have private access to in just a short 5 minute walk. We loved the location and how it wasn't as busy as the time square area. The beach area here is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and the house made it so comfortable for our family. Maria and her property manager were great to deal with. Thank you for everything! We will be back for sure.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at Maria's house! We have two little children and it was a perfect distance to the beach for them, and thay also loved the heated pool. The pool heater broke half way through or stay, and although the owners were quick to respond, they didn't manage to fix this before we left, which resulted in the kids not being able to use the pool for the remaning time of our stay. Maria compensated us for this. The house was really nice and clean, and there were plenty of spare towels, linen etc. The kitchen was well equipped. The only one thing that was slightly negative, was the time it took Maria to respond once we'd decided we wanted to book her house. However, once conact was established everything went smoothly. We highly reccommend this property and we'd love to come back and stay!

Excellent! Loved it!

The house and location were perfect. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We totally enjoyed the pool every day and it even managed to cool down a bit so we could use the hot tub. Definitely on our list to go again.

Awesome!

We had a great time...The pool and hot tub were amazing! We had 6 adults for 2 weeks, spent most of our time when we were at the house on the patio, Coffee in the morning, all our meals, evenings in the hot tub & pool, played cards, and little guitar music ... we even made a video for singsnap! Lol! Quick walk to the beach (1 block) & trolley stop was right in front of 7-11 to go north to Time Square for restaurants & shopping and Bowditch Park on the north end of the island or you can go south to Lovers Key Park. Maria was great to work with, she even rearranged her schedule for us so we could have it for 2 weeks when we made our reservation!
