Cette magnifique maison de ville à deux étages et à deux voitures mesure 1650 pieds carrés. Elle a été récemment rénovée et est située sur l’île North Padre. Village on the Greens est une petite propriété avec un parking limité. S'il vous plaît, pas de remorques ou de bateaux sont autorisés sur la propriété.

Il y a beaucoup à faire sur l'île comme la pêche, aller à la plage et faire du shopping. Le Texas State Aquarium et le Lexington sont à une courte distance en voiture.

Lovely stay near the beach

Everything was fantastic. The house was super clean and comfortable. The townhome community was quiet with a clean pool, and very conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. This was a perfect stay for a group of friends or family. The host was very communicative and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

the condo was perfect! Great towels, nice cooking utensils, very clean, beds were comfortable and was spacious for our family of 8. If back in the area we will definitely try to book this one again!

Great place, great location

The place was so big and nice. Much bigger and brighter than the photos. Great kitchen for cooking, and ooen living space for family time. It was a great location, within a mile or two of 3 different awesome beaches. We had such a nice time!

We welcome you to check out our townhome. It will comfortably accommodate eight. The kitchen is fully equipped but if you don’t feel like cooking, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Come to the beach and unwind!!

Great condo and close to beach!

This was a perfect condo for our family of 8. It was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities! Having the master bedroom downstairs was great! The pool was nice and the beach was short drive away. Looking forward to returning soon!

Great Labor Day Vacation

Beautiful well stocked condo with enough room to hold the entire family. Owner was extremely helpful with the booking and checking in process. Pool was close enough to the front door I could watch the kids from the front porch. The beach being so close was perfect! Definitely coming back!

Great Christmas vacation

My family and I had a great time. We have decided to make the beach our new Christmas vacation tradition. We rely enjoyed the spacious accommodation. We also enjoyed family time with the games that were provided. Being 5 min from the beach was a added bonus! Would highly recommend.

Good Place to Stay

This place was everything it said it was. Enough room for every one, clean, and very roomy so all can do what they want without bothering others. Carlos was quick to answer any questions about the house to what to see and do. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Corpus Christy.

Amazing

Thank you to the Garcia family for allowing us to stay in their amazing townhouse. Very nicely decorated and so close to everything. Great for multi family with the split floor plan. Very spacious and just a few mins to the beach. Owners are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely stay again.

Life is a beach!!

Great condo!! Everything you need for a stay at the beach. Parking was in short supply if you bring more than 1 vehicle,and the road construction right in front of the entrance was definitely a challenge during the busy hours. 10/10 would absolutely book again!!!

We’re a small complex with limited guests parking especially big trucks. We were told that construction should be finished by next spring. The beach is still nice and is less than a mile away. Come down and enjoy!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

I had the perfect weekend at this beach house! The location is great because it is only two minutes from the beach. The house was very comfortable and roomy. It was really convenient that the house had a kitchen and a garage. We were able to cook great meals and did not have to worry about parking. I would definitely recommend this house to all of my friends and family! I had a great weekend there!

Great week away!

We had a great week at the beach with my sister-in-law and her daughter. 7 of us in all and plenty of room for everyone. Played on the beach, had great swimming pool time and then played board/card games at night. We cooked some meals and ate out at others. Not a bad second was had. 2 car garage was a great plus and the master bed was super comfortable! Thanks for sharing your place!

A perfect condo for our winter fun

We spent Jan. - Mar. 2018 at this lovely condo. 3 bedrooms, 21/2 baths, and a huge loft and 2 car garage. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. The condo immaculate. The owner has a fabulous cleaning person so this condo is spotless. Everything there is the highest quality. It was a grand winter being so close to the beach, great restaurants, and Corpus Christi nearby. After 12 years of renting, this condo is the best!

Out of our 17 reviews, 15 of them have been 5 stars. Before a traveler books, they have to agree to the lease and house rules. We also clearly state on the listing that our house is less that one mile to the beach. We have a welcome note in the house with our phone numbers in case there are concerns or questions. Not once did we receive a call from this traveler regarding the A/C. In fact, it has been completely serviced and it's working properly. Maybe it was set too low which may have caused the coils to freeze. I'm not sure why this traveler was disappointed. We take our business very seriously and want to make sure all travelers are comfortable and have a great stay in our house.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! There was plenty of room for the 2 of us to live in for 3 months. The rooms, showers, and kitchen were spacious and included all the things you will need. I will especially miss the big couch in the living room! Carlos and his wife were very responsive and one time, even dropped off their own washer and dryer because the one in the house broke. They truly made our experience awesome! The house is minutes away from Whitecap Beach & the packery channel if you like to fish. There’s also a newly opened grocery store down the street.

Maravilla - Just as described

We felt right at home in this property. Carlos ensured we had everything needed for a relaxing stay. He was very easy to reach and accommodating. This townhouse is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. I also liked the nice pantry. Carlos and Laura pay attention to the little details, such as coffee available, filters, toilet tissue, paper towels, and every day cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the nearness to Whitecap Beach. We were able to get our exercise every morning in the beautiful white sands. We even found a few treasures. The construction on the highway out front wasn't bad, even in during spring break. Thank you Carlos and Laura, for a wonderful stay!

Relaxing condo with plenty of room

We had two adults with five grandchildren.... no babies. It was a great condo as the children were all upstairs. The condo is nicely equipped, A/C worked very well since it was so hot outside, and all of us were quite comfy! The condo is spacious. Living room was big enough for all to be seated while we watched TV. Kitchen well equipped and dishes were nicer than usual in a rental condo. We did not want for a thing..... so we would definitely recommend this for a family stay! Carlos was responsive any time we had a question. We were a short drive to the beach, which made everyone happy. Great place and looked just like it did online!

This property is located between HWY 361 and Whitecap Beach. There are restaurants and shops nearby. The location is ideal to enjoy all that the island has to offer like the beach, fishing and enjoying great seafood!

Village on the Green complex is only 17 units with a private swimming pool. Our unit is on a corner so it tends to be quiet with only one neighbor. The beach is less than one mile from the townhouse.
