We originally booked for 3 weeks and enjoyed the place so much we extended for another month. Home is very comfortable and close to the things we like to do. This was a welcome relief after being in a motel due to our home being flooded. The host was very receptive to our questions and answered quickly. We definitely recommend this home.

Cozy house on quiet block, lovely neighborhood greqt for walking. Good size home for 2 adults over 5 days. The room with king bed was a tad tight, as was the shower, and someone with limited mobility might struggle to maneuver. Outdoor cushions seem to always be outside and it recently rained so couldn't really use the patio seating, but did enjoy use of the front porch. Main sofa is a sofa bed, a bit uncomfortable to lounge on except the chaise section. Note the only workspace is the kitchen table.

We stayed for a month while visiting from Texas and this home was exactly what we needed. It had all we needed to be comfortable and then some. Great location and Gabe was so easy to work with. All in all, it was a stress free process and made our trip so much more enjoyable

Overall, the place was very clean and had the supplies that you needed to stay. My only suggestion would be to have possibly a recliner or different furniture to sit in The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed having the fence and backyard. Unfortunately, it was rainy that week, but we liked the deck and having the table in the back.

The dedicated parking is nice. The neighborhood is quiet. Full size washer and dryer is a plus. The layout of the house is good. The house needs a deep clean as baseboards, corners and ceilings have visible dust. There are areas needing a paint touch up over water marks and areas where the paint has chipped. A functional stay in a good location.

Beautiful home in excellent location

We absolutely loved our stay here! Could not have asked for a better Broad Ripple location, close to everything and located in a nice chill little neighborhood right by the park. We really loved the home. A really pretty place with lots of great details, it was a cozy stay with everything we needed. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

This house was perfect for visiting our daughter who is expecting. We were able to walk to her house. the beds were comfortable and the front porch is great!

Cozy (but not tiny)

Spacious with loads of natural light. Beautifully furnished with super comfy beds. Fenced yard, ample parking. Attentive hosts and very reasonable checkout expectations (don't leave garbage laying around, basically).

Super cute home located in a quiet neighborhood. Under 5 mins from target, walmart and a mix of restaurants. Perfect location to be away from everything but near everything. We are a family of 3 and everything was perfect for us. We loved having our own driveway! Street parking is acceptable as well. Driving past the dog park everyday was a fun bonus!

Great House and Experience

This is a great home in a friendly neighborhood. Lots of charm with all the comforts you need and want. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog, while the screened front porch was nice for morning coffee. Convenient digital access and solid host communication made for an easy, stress-free experience.

What a clean, beautiful, and well-stocked home! They literally have dog bowls, hand soap, and other basics unlike so many other places. The decor is beautiful and functional. A+ host with easy access.

Cozy Home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! House is in a quiet neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and other local amenities. Property is very clean, beds are heavenly to sleep on, the property manager is very responsive and makes sure you have all the information you need and available to answer any questions should you have them during your stay. My husband had a medical emergency while we were there and they were very kind and reached out to make sure he was doing ok. Would highly recommend this property to anyone for a long or short term stay.

Loved this Cute Bungalow!

I loved this cute 2 bedroom bungalow! My wife, son, & Golden Retrievers came back to visit family & feel lucky to have found this house in our old neighborhood. Also, it’s just a 1-2 minutes driving distance from the heart of Broad Ripple. It was the perfect size & had all of the amenities that we needed. It was also super nice to have a fenced in back yard, as well as a deck. The screened in front porch was also a nice bonus. I definitely recommend this house & location.
