A 12 min hike to the beach, 3 minute drive to the local restuarants & shops. Bells luxyry resort is around the corner, only a 400m stroll away. The large Erina Fair Shopping Centre is 20 minutes drive.

OceanView is a contemporarily furnished gem, featuring double bed, a dining & living area with a sofa bed which could sleep 2, a TV and a work/dining table that can seat 4. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle for coffee etc. We happily supply basic breakfast items for you to use as you wish.

Toiletries plus sun screen, tea, coffee. All linen is provided.

Cooling and heating fans provided, iron and ironing board are all included as well as a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

There is a large garden with a gazebo with furniture and also a gas BBQ for your use.
The unit is completely independent of the house with its own private entry and parking in a designated spot just off the street directly in front of the house.

A formal fire pit can also be used in the early evening (provided there is no local fire ban in place) but with limited supply of wood. However, the house rules are to be followed including strict safety precautions when using this facility.
