Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided when booking. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking. If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

The host was responsive which I always appreciate. The property was accurately described, it was clean and had all the basics. Perfect for the price will stay again and also recommend to friends and family.
First, let me open by saying, i have never left a bad review in my life, but im trying to save others from going through what i went through....I arrived into town very late after a 13 hour drive. Earlier in the day, i received a text from the host with a map link to the property and an access code to the door. Long story short, the map directed me to the wrong property. I am from STL, so i was able to figure out where the actual property was. BUT, when i arrived at the property at 11:30 at night, the door code did not work. I had to rent a hotel room for the night. When i alerted the host the next morning, they acknowledged the code was wrong, but said theyd only refund half of the first night. I then contacted VRBO directly. After they reached out to the host, the host agreed to refund the whole day. HOWEVER, they never have, after ive reached out to them AGAIN. I've used VRBO for 10 years without a problem. This was the worst experience ever, and thru our interactions, its clear the host is only in this to make money and doesnt care about the customer
