This property was very clean and had everything you needed plus an amazing coffee maker! The view was awe-inspiring and it was a VERY short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins, turtles, bunnies, and dragonflies--it was magical. And Adele was a very hospitable and responsive host.

The home accommodated our party of eight comfortably. The view is outstanding. All kinds of beach toys, umbrellas, towels and other amenities were made available. The host was very responsive. We made some great memories…Will be back.

Amazing oceanfront property. It's a public beach but a private feel. Low traffic area. Great sunrises are something to look forward to with this property.

What a beautiful house and perfect location for a week at the beach! We were an extended family group with grandparents and grandchildren all coming from pretty far away. Everything you need to enjoy the beach and the water are at the house for all ages (a cart, chairs, beach toys and floaties, umbrellas) and it was so great to be able to come and go down to the water just steps away. The house is clean, comfortable, and arranged in such a lovely way. There were so many little amenities and thoughtful additions throughout the house, too. Watch for the pancake recipe and pull out the griddle - it's delicious and so worth it! There was a welcome basket and note with little local goodies and communication was quick and easy. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a beautiful home right on the beach, perfect for a Winter getaway. The sunrises were spectacular and I loved just walking on the beach. The host was very helpful with recommendations and communicative. Definitely recommend it!

Beautiful view, great beach! The weather was our problem. Very windy, cool, and the ocean was rough with rip tide warnings. The house was great though and I would highly recommend it. We had no control over the weather.

I can’t say enough nice things about our stay at this property. From the furnishings to the amenities available to the location on the beach, our stay was amazing and exactly as advertised. We will be back to Amelia Island, and we hope to “I’ll be a Beach”, very soon.

My goodness what a beautiful home! The 4 of us 1970s college gal pals spent 3 wonderful nights. The house has first class furnishings, beds, bathrooms, linens, and all amenities. The kitchen was lovely with all appliances, coffee maker and coffee. The balcony overlooking the path to the beach was our favorite spot to chat and get caught up.Adele was more than prompt in replying to our few questions.

This is a beautiful oceanfront property that is well equipped and very comfortable! We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with a week’s stay and enjoyed it very much! We enjoyed walking on the beach in the mornings and all of Adele’s recommendations of restaurants.Two nice porches to sit on to enjoy the ocean breezes! This is our second time stating here and will definitely be back!
