Enjoy summer BBQs and relax on beautiful outdoor furniture, shared with just one other unit. The living room features a warm electric fireplace, adding charm to your stay. Located on the first floor, this home is ideal for exploring local attractions. Experience comfort and convenience in this delightful Shelburne retreat!

Step into our inviting first-floor triplex unit, a perfect sanctuary for families or couples. The space features two cozy bedrooms, each offering a peaceful retreat. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms, ensuring privacy and ease for all guests. Our kitchen is a delight, fully equipped for culinary adventures. The living room, with its electric fireplace, adds a touch of warmth and ambiance, ideal for relaxing evenings. Outside, shared BBQ grills and chic outdoor furniture await your summer enjoyment.

As our valued guests, you have full access to this charming first-floor unit in our triplex. The entire space is yours to enjoy, including two comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with an electric fireplace.
Step outside to savor shared amenities like the BBQ grills and stylish outdoor furniture, perfect for those sunny days and balmy evenings. Please note, these outdoor facilities are shared with one other unit, fostering a sense of community.
Two parking spaces are available. If you need additional parking space, please let us know in advance!
While I won't be available in person during your stay, I am always just a quick message or phone call away.
We have a local property manager who can assist with any urgent needs or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Arriving by air? We're conveniently located about an hour's drive from Toronto Pearson Airport. This easy drive is a great way to transition into the tranquility of Shelburne.
By Car from Toronto:
Driving from Toronto is straightforward. Take Highway 410 and then transition onto ON-10. This scenic route leads you directly to our doorstep, with the journey taking around 1 hour.
From Orangeville:
We're just a 20-minute drive from Orangeville, making local trips quick and convenient.
Public Transit Options:
Prefer public transit? You have options! From Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, hop on the TOK Coachlines bus. Alternatively, the GoBus from Brampton Bus Terminal is another excellent choice. Both routes head to Orangeville. Once there, connect to Route 2 on the Grey Transit Route to reach Shelburne.
These transport options provide flexibility for your travel plans, ensuring your journey to our Airbnb is as smooth as your stay.
Before booking, please note a few important details:
- No interior cameras are installed, respecting guest privacy.
- While our home is family-friendly, it does not come equipped with child safety features, so guests will need to supervise young children at all times.
- While we love animals, our property is not suitable for pets.
- Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
- Our home is strictly a no-smoking environment. Violation of this rule will incur a significant cleaning fee.
- Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
Your comfort and satisfaction are our priority, and we look forward to making your stay a memorable one!
We kindly ask guests to respect the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
