Quaint studio garage détaché avec une allée privée, offre charme Cape Cod. Couleurs vives de Beachy et un plan d'étage ouvert rend ce studio chaleureux et accueillant. Ce serait une retraite de couple parfait ou idéal pour une petite famille de trois ou quatre.

Nous sommes situés sur la ligne de la ville de Falmouth / Mashpee, à quelques minutes de Mashpee Commons, New Seabury et Pomponessett Marketplace. Les plages voisines locales comprennent la zone Sud Cape State Beach du parc, une minute court trajet en voiture 5 et Menauhant Beach Falmouth à seulement 10 minutes en voiture.

Profitez d'une journée d'été reposantes du kayak / canotage sur les eaux calmes de la baie Waquoit et il est des rivières d'eau salée. La baie se trouve à seulement quelques minutes en voiture de 1 mile et offre un grand embarcadère avec un parking gratuit. Profitez de la commodité de plusieurs sentiers de randonnée à proximité juste devant notre porte.

De nombreux restaurants fabuleux, shopping, prendre dans un film, ou frapper quelques rondes de golf sur l'un des six terrains de golf à proximité sont à une courte distance en voiture.


Activités de la région: Main Street Downtown Falmouth est juste un lecteur de 6 mile, et offre également une abondance de magasins et de restaurants pittoresques.

Attrapez les ferries pour une excursion d'une journée à Martha Vineyard ou Nantucket Island. La Reine Island, qui se rend à Oak Bluffs sur MV ou PidePiper qui se déplace à Edgartown pittoresque sur MV, sont également situés dans le centre de Falmouth. Notre emplacement est un facile 20-30 minutes de trajet du centre-ville de Hyannis, ainsi que les ponts du Cap. Falmouth de nouveau rénové et agrandi, lumineux piste cyclable de la mer est également situé à 15 minutes en voiture. Cette piste cyclable est remarquable et offre de nombreuses vues panoramiques le long de la Oceanside et marécages de Falmouth / zones Woods Hole.

Si vous êtes d'humeur pour un peu de musique d'été de détente, Falmouth propose des concerts de la bande annonce le vendredi soir au parc marin situé sur Falmouth Harbor, ainsi que divers concerts sur Main Street, apportez votre couverture ou des chaises. Ou faire un tour en voiture panoramique le long de la côte et visiter Lighthouse Nobska.

Very nice with great location

Super location for visiting family in Mashpee and hitting the beaches around Falmouth! Brian and Carol were nicely hospitable. The loft is nicely decorated and had all the amenities we wanted. From the loft it’s 5 minutes to Mashpee Commons and 15 minutes to central Falmouth.

Cute Cottage

Carol and Brian Langley were perfect host and have a lovely apartment that was perfect for my Mom, Sister and I as we enjoyed Cape Cod for the Hydrangea Festival. Thank you for all your help with finding Excellent local dinning and the absolute perfect private beach that only locals know about!

Great location near Mashpee Commons. Easy access to beaches and Falmouth. Nice open space paths for running or birdwatching just a block away. Owners are responsive and helpful. Thanks!

This was our third or fourth time staying at this location. It's clean, comfortable, quiet and central to Mashpee. Brian and Carol (hosts) are excellent. The property is adjacent to two open space areas with trails for running or birding. There are also good cycling routes nearby suitable for adult cyclists. The hosts also make available beach chairs and towels that you can take to the beach. We expect to be back next summer!

Perfect spot for 2-3 people. Kitchen has all the basics for light meals, with a multitude of restaurant choices a short drive away. Very comfortable. It has a nice outdoor area too with a firepit, grill, chairs, and even a small table. I don't know where the property photo of the cute cottage with attractive landscaping was taken! It wasn't where we stayed. This studio is about 12(?) steps above the garage. Didn't matter to us. We still enjoyed it.

Ideal studio

Ideal studio for Falmouth area to explore local hiking trails and beaches. Great location for Shining Sea bike path or day trip to the islands. We were greeted with a vase of fresh flowers. Small kitchen was adequate for travelers needs. It was cozy and comfortable. I would definitely return to this Cape escape. Carol and Brian, thank you.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

I had a lovely stay. The studio was beautifully decorated, amply outfitted, the bed was comfortable, and the location was central to all the places I wanted to see. The hosts were helpful, if needed, but created a sense of total privacy, which is the perfect balance. The space is surprisingly spacious and would suit a small family. As I was traveling alone, it felt positively luxurious and so much nicer than staying in a hotel!

Very cozy and lovely place.

A lovely place nicely decorated and maintained. Perfectly sized for a couple or small children who wants to enjoy Cape Cod and the surrounding. Really close to the beach and restaurants. Owners are wonderful people. We highly recommend this place.

Charming and cozy studio

My husband and I enjoyed a very nice week at this Studio in East Falmouth. Very comfortable and clean, ideal for couple or family with one child. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. In fact we ate in often and also enjoyed the BBQ and deck. Carol and Brian were very helpful in providing very detailed information on things to do in the area. We particularly enjoyed our time at Marconi Beach (Cape Cod National Seashore) watching seals and relaxing on this marvelous beach. The Dolphin Fleet Whale Watching Cruise leaving from Provincetown was also a highlight. We also enjoyed biking on different bike trails ( Shining Sea Bikeway; Bike path on Martha's Vineyard from Oak's Bluff to Edgartown; Cape Cod Rail Trail). For those who are on a Gluten-free diet, the Quicks Hole Taquiera Restaurant in Woodshole makes delicious GF fish tacos that you can eat on a small terrace. We definitely recommend this studio. The only thing that could be improved is the addition of curtains to block the sun. We would absolutely return !

Perfect vacation rental for our family

My wife, 3-year old son, and I rented this studio space for a week while visiting family at the cape. It could not have been more perfect for us. While technically a studio, it is setup in a way that feels like two living spaces. Because of this, my wife and I were able to stay up reading after our son went to bed without distracting him. It had all the amenities that we expected, especially AC, and was nice and clean upon arrival. The location was great as well. We always spend lots of time at Mashpee Commons (which has shopping, restaurants, and a great new organic market), and the rental was about 5 minutes away. Rentals in Cape Cod can be very expensive, and a lot of the motels/hotels are in the seedier areas. This rental is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Lastly, the owners are very friendly. They have a really nice swing set in their backyard which they were kind enough to let our son use. All in all, a great place to stay that we look forward to visiting again.

Cozy, Clean Studio Apartment

This studio apartment is meticulously maintained. Although you will need a car to get around, everything you would want for a great Cape Cod vacation is just a short drive. Great beaches, restaurants, shop, Martha's Vineyard etc... The owner Carol and Brian were very helpful in providing information/recommendation about the area. We would definately recommend this rental. The Falmouth area has a lot to offer!

Great place for vacation!

I spent there two weeks with my kids, and I have to say that we had a lot of fun. The studio was small but very comfortable and cozy. We found there everything we needed for our vacation. It was clean and everything worked well. The studio is located in very quiet place; however, it is close to a local shopping center. There are a bunch of good restaurants nearby; just remember that you'll need a car everyday. Additionally, Carol and Brian are very nice and communicative. They gave us a lot of advices, and recommended local attractions. Without any hesitation, I can say that this is a place worth to stay!

What a Gem!!!

This studio was a little slice of heaven for myself, 2 friends and unexpected visit by granddaughter. Brian and Carol have out done themselves on this place right down to the beautiful arrangement of flowers (from their garden!) waiting for us when we arrived. You instantly felt at home when you walked through the door. The colors and beach decorations were beautiful! Location was perfect....close enough to everything but secluded enough so we slept soundly every night! This was the first rental in 4 years I did not clean to my specifications when I arrived and that is because it was already so spotless and well maintained. Holiday Perfection !

Our first time in the USA and the Cape. We could not ask for more in an apartment ! This is an excellent base for exploring the delights of Cape Cod, of which there are many ! The apartment is excellent, exceptionally well decorated, furnished and very well equipped. Comfort is the key word , and the decorative touches make a real difference. Brian and Carol have worked very hard to make a first class 'Home from Home ' for any visitors . We are missing the peace and quiet already.

Simply Perfect

My husband and I along with our young daughter enjoyed our stay at the studio immensely. We found it to be very clean, bright, and everything we needed was provided. It was beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect for day trips elsewhere on the Cape, but the Falmouth/Mashpee area has plenty to see and do. The beaches were lovely and it is close to shopping and dining as well. I would recommend this rental to couples, small families and singles as well. It was simply perfect!

Great Studio in Cape Cod

My fiancé and I stayed at the studio for the week and had a wonderful time. I don't think we could have asked for anything more. The restaurant recommendations were great. I don't think we've ever eaten so well before. Everything (beaches, restaurants, Cape Cod Baseball, Shining Sea Bikeway, etc.) is so close to this location which makes adds to the allure to go back again. If you get a chance find out where the Hyannis Sound is having a show and go. They are a great a cappella group that performs all over the Cape. We had a great conversation with Brian and learned a lot about Cape Cod in just the short period of time we spoke. We were definitely disappointed to get back to reality and would definitely enjoy another stay at your studio. Thanks you, Thomas and Katie

What a hidden Gem!

We really enjoyed our 10 days in the Studio Apt close to Mashpee. We were able to explore Sandwich, Woods Hole, Falmouth, Mashpee, and some other spots in great detail. The apt. is decorated and detailed to the Nth degree! Some people don't like to be "connected" when they are on vacation, we do, so we appreciated the fast internet connection. The DVD , cable, and TV worked flawlessly. Being close to Mashpee Commons meant we were close to Red Box, Wood Fired Pizza (yummy!!), stores, and a great supermarket.

Wonderful vacation on Cape Cod

Thanks to our hosts we truly had a great time on Cape Cod. The studio was perfect for our small family and had all the amenities we needed and a lot more than that (even a DVD player with some DVDs). The place is absolutely lovely and made with great care and skill. Everything was impeccable! Your recommandations about beaches, sightseeing and restaurants were very helpful. We surely would have experienced some disappointments otherwise! The location is a very good choice - restaurants, grocery shops and beaches are only a short drive away. One week was way too short, so we hope we can stay next time at your place again.

Gorgeous Getaway....perfect in every way.

My husband and I stayed here for a week last month (May) with total privacy and wonderful hosts, it was the perfect self-catering holiday home. Everything has been considered by the hosts, and their restaurant and excursion recommendations were excellent. The property was immaculate, beautiful decoration and design to the space, with a/c and all necessities within the kitchen. Loads of storage to get rid of suitcases ! Outside there is a private decking area and BBQ which gets the morning sun. We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this chocolate box apartment and on our return we shall be booking here again ! We can't recommend this property, location and the hosts enough. East Falmouth is a lovely seaside town and is about 8 minute drive-away with all amenities and some great eateries and unique boutique shops. Mashpee is very close (about 4 minutes) and hosts a outdoor shopping mall with many of the high street brands, and some nice restaurants. Many thanks for providing a lovely property for us to stay whilst visiting Cape Cod from England !
