The Space:

BEDROOMS

5 bedrooms. All feature comfortable pillow top mattresses and smart TVs!

upstairs bedroom1: 1 king bed with smart tv.

upstairs bedroom2: 2 twin beds with smart tv.

upstairs bedroom3: 1 queen bed and 1 couch bed that convert to a full-size bed with 55'' smart tv.

downstairs bedroom4: 1 king bed on the 1 floor with smart tv.

downstairs bderoom5:1 queen bed with a private bathroom.50"stmart TV.

Living room is on the 1st floor, it also has a pull couch that can convert to a full-size bed. with the fully stocked kitchen in one open concept.



The 2nd kitchen on the upstairs is also fully stocked with all the essentials for making morning coffee and preparing meals. We have a drip coffee maker with all the supplies you need. Some of the many items we keep stocked include a toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, storage containers, mixing bowls, wine glasses and drinking glasses. Coffee and tea provided!



BATHROOMS:

3 full baths:

1 of them is on the upstairs and other 2 of them are on the 1st floor.

Enjoy the use of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, towels, and hair dryers.



ENTERTAINMENT

Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room. You can log in to any app of your choice using your personal account info. We do provide access to Disney plus and Hulu. We offer high speed wireless internet as well.



LAUNDRY

2 washers and 2 dryers are provided in the basement laundry room for use as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the private backyard and front porch except the owner storage. Enjoy a comfortable stay with easy self-check-in via a smart lock.

Getting around is a breeze! You'll find convenient public transportation options nearby to explore Richmond. The nearest bus stops are just a short walk away, offering easy access to various parts of the city. For those arriving by air, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive. Parking is free on both the premises and the street, making it easy for guests with vehicles. The house is situated in a very walkable area, allowing you to explore Carytown's shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. Enjoy the freedom to discover Richmond your way!



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews/no reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs (maximum 2 dogs), but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
