This home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, designed to provide the most restful night sleep. The private Master Bedroom is tucked away on the left side of the house with direct access to the Covered Patio and Tropical Lanai. The other 3 bedrooms are tucked away on the right side of the house, providing plenty of space and privacy for all guests. Enjoy the peaceful and calming comfort of the gel memory foam mattresses, with premium linens and pillows, along with warm and coastal décor. The Master and two Guest Bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs with Roku and high-speed fans. With large closet space, luggage racks, extra blankets and pillows, comfort will not be an issue. The Bunk Bedroom has great views of the Pool and Tropical Lanai, with plenty of space for guests to spread out and play games in the kid’s corner.

🍽️ About 30 min east is Downtown St. Petersburg, awesome urban center of the area, with tons to do. Must check out St. Pete Pier, Vinoy Park, and Central Ave. Ton's of activities, something for everyone - fine dining, restaurants, shopping, hotels, art museums, marina, green space, and more!

🛫 The house is 35 minutes from the Tampa Airport, easy drive and accessible to all major attractions. If interested in the Tampa area, there is another long list of plenty of items to check out. A prime spot to check out would be the Riverwalk along with downtown for another scene of fine dining, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

🚗 There is also a long beautiful drive along the bay to check out.

⛳ About 5 min away from the house in Indian Shores beach is Smugglers Golf (18 hole mini-putt with aligators) and the Salt Rock Grille - awesome restaurant close by.

Please note that due to the limitations of the electric pool heater, the pool temperature can only be increased by 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
