Room was very clean, for such a small Casita it had all the modern conveniences, kitchen, laundry, bath, TV and WiFi. Would definitely stay again.

Great Visit

For each of us it as our first ever visit to Santa Fe, and staying at Serenity made it WONDERFUL! Location was great, the Casita was a perfect place of us to operate from for 3 days and nights. We will plan to return to Santa Fe, and would not consider staying anyplace else!

It's cozy and I would say the queen sized bed is perfect for one. Bathroom is very small and again tough if you are a couple trying to place things on the vanity. Could use an easier place to plug in by the bed-like a small power block. Also Kleenex is needed and two ply toilet paper. Robin was very easy to work with and would stay again if solo. Amazing location.

A wonderful and quiet place to stay for a couple. Walkable to great restaurants, lots of museums/galleries, and local events. Full kitchen and well-designed for maximum space. Love the private courtyard for additional dining.

Fun in Santa fe

We enjoyed the casita - it was great for two people. Great location and area. Comfortable bed. Shower was great. All that you needed to enjoy a few days in Santa Fe. Property host was very responsive. Will stay again.

Perfect Casita

This casita was perfect for my wife, myself & my dog! It was spotless. While not a big space by any means, they fit everything you could need - even a washer/dryer & a grill on the patio. We especially loved eating breakfast on the patio in the morning, but our pup loved it even more! Thanks!

First time we are hearing the name Veronica who I assume was the owner. We dealt with only with a property management company and someone named Robin.We arrived at the casita and it was freezing cold. We adjusted the temp but it took forever to warm up. The bed was supposed the be a queen. It seemed more like a double and was in poor shape. My husband rolled towards me all night. There was only a foot on each side of the bed making it hard to get to the bathroom especially because the couch had been replaced by two leather chairs that partially blocked the way. Kitchen chairs cute but uncomfortable. Microwave on top of fridge so impossible to use since there was no foot stool. No heat in the kitchen area. Learned later that there was baseboard heating but no instruction. Some of available space was taken up by some ones yoga equipment. We left the next morning and hope our VRBO trip insuance will reimburse us.All in all the worst VRBO experience ever and we have been doing this for many years and know the area.

We were glad you contacted us the morning after your arrival. Guests are able to control the heat, as comfort preferences vary. At the time of your call, the thermostat was at 85; as you mentioned needing additional heat; we reminded you of the baseboard heat in the kitchen and bathroom. Our listing accurately reflects the space, including that it features a queen-size bed, along with photos and descriptions to help guests determine suitability. We understand that additional space can be important when traveling like yourself with mobility aids and a large dog. We ask that guests contact us as soon as any concerns arise so we have the opportunity to help resolve them. We were available before and during your stay by phone, text, email, and through the app, and we also provide an emailed and digital guidebook detailing the home and its amenities. We appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to clarify for future guests.

This was a wonderful retreat while visiting Santa Fe. The casita is perfect - bright and cheery, with everything needed for light cooking, and the ability to do laundry. The bed and seating area were comfortable and there was plenty of space to unpack clothes and belongings for an extended stay. The patio is secluded and wonderful any time of day thanks to the large patio umbrella. It's located in a quiet, safe neighborhood but is close and walkable to the Square and Railyards. Highly recommend!
