Updated condo in the heart of Santa Fe perfect for solo travelers and couples. Do you love walking? You’ll love this location, which is just a short stroll to great restaurants and cafes, the Plaza and the Railyard/Guadalupe district. The floor plan includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry closet. The casita features wood and Saltillo tile floors, a private walled-courtyard, and includes a well equipped kitchen, new W/D, paint, and light fixtures. The small and quite complex has a wonderful communal hot tub, outdoor fireplace and seating area. Dedicated parking space in driveway.

Excellent location and wonderful property

I would certainly stay here again. I contracted the flu just after landing in SF, and Diane was very responsive when we asked to stay an additional night to continue recuperating. I spend additional time in the casita, because I was ill, and it was a comfortable, accommodating place to get better, as much as it was an excellent base from which to walk in to the city for my partner.

Santa Fe Stay

The casita was clean and nicely decorated, the patio was enjoyable and the bed was super comfy. In addition, it was an easy walk from the casita to the Plaza. However, there was no TV in the livingroom and no coffee for the 3 coffee makers in the kitchen. And finally, a mirror in front of the toilet? Not appreciated. Bottom line, we enjoyed our stay at the casita and would recommend it to others - with a warning about the bathroom mirror and a reminder to BYOC.

Great place to stay while visiting Santa Fe

The casita is the perfect place to stay in Santa Fe. It is so well cared for and has everything to make it a comfortable visit. The parking spot is such a good bonus and being able to walk to so many museums, restaurants, and the plaza makes it even better.

Ten day vacation sit to Santa Fe

What a lovely casita. It was beautifully appointed with everything necessary: towels, sheets, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies. The patio was a lovely addition to the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Location is wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Santa Fe.

I want guests to feel at home and treat it like their home away from home whether staying for 2 nights or 2 weeks. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love that this is an historic neighborhood and it could not be more centrally located. It is quiet and charming and within walking distance of the Plaza (Lensic Performing Arts Center, Galleries, Museums, Restaurants, Shopping), the Railyard District (Galleries, Shopping, Violet Crown Movie Theatre, Farmer's Market, Artisan's Market, and more). Canyon Road is just a slight longer walk away for those who are up to it.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The private walled courtyard with string lighting and a painted mural of colorful flowers on the walls is a lovely place to have coffee in the morning or a meal in the afternoon or evening. The casita is nicely furnished and well maintained, demonstrating true pride of ownership.
