Conveniently located, this wonderful house is equipped with EVERYTHING and has a wonderful covered front porch that you will love sitting on while you enjoy the perfect view of the Twin Mountains. Then move to the back covered porch to watch your kids playing in the large yard, perfect for playing outside. It has a wonderful firepit that adds to the fun and is a perfect spot to keep warm while marveling at the incredible night sky. Inside you will find a large kitchen with a dining area large enough for 10 people. A gorgeous living room with a Smart TV, wood burning stove backed by a stone wall, wood beams and a large leather sofa. A first floor master bedroom and roomy master bath with a shower/jetted tub combo. There is an additional living area upstairs with Smart TV, futon, reading corner, music keyboard, walk-in closet and an office area with a printer. The second floor also has a large bedroom with a queen bed and a walk in closet. There is also a second bedroom with a double bed and a twin over double bunk bed. This room also has a TV and video games, board games, and 2 large walk-in closets. The second floor bathroom is centrally located. Finally, in the basement you will find the washing machine and dryer, as well a ping pong table and a foosball table. To top it all off, you can park your car in the 2 car garage so when it snows, all you have to do is get in the car and drive to the mountain. No cleaning your car necessary! In addition, there are no worries about power outages, because this house has a backup generator so you can continue to enjoy even when an outage happens. So come stay, kick back, relax and enjoy!

-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.

- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others! No fireworks or candles to be lit on the property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the house or on the property; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Our home is equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-Cancellation policies: within 14 days no refunds, 15-30 days 25% refund, 31-60 days 50% refund, before 60 days full refund
-Our home is in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
