This was a fantastic property for our first visit to Port Aransas. The views can not be beat and loved how close it was to the beach. No hesitation in staying here again.

Our family had a wonderful beach vacation, largely due to the excellent property, Dolphin Paradise. Beach access was wonderful and there was plenty of space inside the rental for 12 people. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Great view and easy access to beach! Plenty of room for a large group. Well equipped kitchen. The only issue was the spotty internet so it was difficult to get work done.

We had a wonderful time - especially enjoyed the expansive views of the beach. House was clean and more than enough room for the 6 of us. Beautiful house with everything we needed.

We had a great stay at this property! The house was very clean and stocked with what we needed (except trash bags for some reason). There is a fantastic beach view from the windows and multiple balconies, and the beach is only about a 3 minute walk away. We also used the community pool.Unfortunately the internet was basically unusable, going in and out. The main tv in the living room appeared had a cable box but it was not connected to the tv (?) so we couldn’t use it. Of course you’re at the beach but with remote working and little kids wanting to wind down with their favorite shows, not having tv or internet was kind of a problem. If that is resolved I highly recommend this property!

We understand how important reliable internet can be, especially when working remotely or traveling with children. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have gladly worked to troubleshoot the TV connection and internet concerns. Regarding the trash bags, we provide a starter set of household supplies to help guests get settled in, but additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of stay and group size. Beautiful home with fantastic location

Lovely home for multiple couples or individuals wanting most bedrooms with private baths. The walkway to the beach is so convenient and the driving path to the beaxh is quite short. Balconies are small but workable for 5 or 6 people.

Wonderful Vacation home!

Everything was wonderful absolutely enjoyed my stay at this house. I love how close it is to the beach. I absolutely loved the view from the top balcony. The house was very clean! Huge thank you to the maintenance crew!

Great place for a family beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Dolphin Paradise! The house was very clean and comfortable. The living room had enough seating for the entire family. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals. The one minor drawback is that the pantry is locked and not available for guests to store food so we used the ironing board for extra “counter” space. The house is super close to the beach with a short walk using the boardwalk. We loved this house and loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Walkway to beach is super convenient. Beds were comfortable. Pantry was locked, so we had to keep our groceries all on the counter and use one cabinet above microwave. Amazing views from the balcony on the third floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Paradise!

Paradise Vacation Home (Dolphin Paradise BB928)

Dolphin Paradise BB928 was a great modern beach-front home truly walkable to the beach next to the boardwalk for a group of friends celebrating my 50th birthday. Location had easy driving access to all the restaurants and community park with pickleball and disc golf. Bedrooms were clean and well equipped. Kitchen was well stocked (coffee maker does take both grounds and K-Cups). Living room is large with a big comfortable sectional couch and great TV. Internet was fast and reliable. Management company Port A Escapes was responsive and addressed a late night AC issue quickly sending out a technician within the hour and temporarily provided additional fans. Direct texts and VRBO in-app messages were responded to quickly. Overall I highly recommend the property and management company Port A Escapes.

Nice house on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great location with a great view. The beds were comfortable and having the en suite bathrooms and elevator were very convenient. However it had a few annoyances. We had a family of 9 and cooked most of our meals at home. The kitchen has a locked pantry so there is nowhere to keep your dry goods other than the countertops, which are rather small for a such large home. The cooking utensils need a once over meaning there are too many old utensils you don't need such a 10 sets of grilling tongs but most of the pots and pans are warped old and scratched. So the property manager should go through the kitchen drawer by drawer and throw away the triple and quadruple repeat utensils and order some new pots and pans for those who like to cook at home. Also, a wardrobe should be added to the top floor master bedroom because the only closet is locked as well and there's nowhere to hang your clothes. Overall, a fantastic property for a family who wants a beachfront rental. Not every family can afford to eat out every meal. So for those who like to feed their family at home to savea few dollars it's rather inconvenient.

We stayed at this home recently and unfortunately had a number of issues that made our experience less enjoyable than expected. The stated check-in time for the listing is 4PM. We were about 10 min out from the property (it was close to 4:45 at this point) when I realized we hadn’t received check-in instructions yet. I had to reach out directly to request them, upon which I was told that there was a maintenance person currently at the property fixing a towel rack and they could not send us the check-in instructions until he was finished.The house itself has potential, but it’s in need of better upkeep. The coffee machine didn’t work. The towel rack in the queen bathroom on the bottom floor was broken, and the tub/shower faucet in that same bathroom stopped working on our second day. There were broken shutter pieces, the top step on the second floor was unstable (the maintenance person actually fixed this on the spot for us while he was there since it was dangerous so kudos to him), and the second floor bathroom was missing a bathtub stopper.We also noticed stained carpets, dirt/sand on the floors, and buildup on the deck and railings that hadn’t been cleaned. Storage was a bit of a challenge as well—the pantry was locked, leaving limited space to store groceries, and the closet in the master bathroom on the top floor was also locked.Overall, the property wasn’t well-prepared for guests.

While our policy and the rental agreement you signed allows us to provide check-in instructions by 5 PM, we recognize that this caused frustration. We do apologize. We are so please maintenance was able to fix that step for you. We will be addressing the concerns you raised about cleanliness, and maintenance issues with the appropriate departments. These matters do not reflect the standards we aim to maintain, and we are taking them seriously.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views. The mold in the master shower and the stained kitchen sink need extra cleaning. The flies, fruit flies, and mosquitoes were a big problem, but, otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.
