Vous pourrez profiter d'une cour privée avec aménagement paysager du désert. Un foyer gaz et le bois sont disponibles pour l'utilisation. Fers à cheval sont dans la cour arrière. Un barbecue sera fourni. Tous les appareils en acier inoxydable sont de nouveau et à peine utilisé. Une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse sont disponibles pour utilisation. La maison est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour rester confortable sur vos vacances. Il est idéalement situé à moins de quelques miles à partir d'une importante autoroute (202) et est également par tous les autres principales autoroutes de la région (101, 60, 10). Vous serez à moins de dix minutes en voiture du Fashion Mall Chandler ainsi que le centre commercial San Tan. Un cinéma Harkins est à 2 minutes et la ville vers le bas Chandler est à moins de 5 minutes!

Il ya de nombreuses attractions locales pour vous tenir occupé, y compris: la randonnée, plusieurs terrains de golf, des casinos, des boutiques et beaucoup d'excellents restaurants.

Very comfortable, spacious house!

Our family had a great time at this house. It was conveniently located for easy access to major highways. The home was very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of linens and towels. Perfect for our extended weekend trip to attend a football game and meet with friends.

A home away from home

I felt very fortunate finding this home to stay in while I was house hunting. It is extremely clean and comfortable and conveniently located to freeways and shopping. I appreciated that the house had a secure backyard and was situated next to a lovely green belt for dog walking. Thank you Jarrod for a carefree stay !

Convenient Location!

We stayed here two months while our home was being renovated. I needed a home that accommodated our whole family and Jerrod’s place fit the bill. The home is conveniently located and had everything we needed to make it a pleasant stay. Jerrod is very responsive and helpful and we appreciated him accommodating us.

We have stayed there for many years. It's just like our home away from home in the winter months.

Looking forward to next year and a longer stay. There needs to have some gravel added to the area by the garbage containers. It gets pretty muddy there when it rains. It is kind of a mess there when it's wet.

HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Other than going to the zoo and the botanical gardens, we mostly just hung out at the house. We watched tv, did puzzles, cooked and even baked cookies! Our family and friend get together was perfect in this house. Four of us were staying there and another two came to visit one night. Plenty of room around the table for us all to have a wonderful time in this fantastic Chandler house.

A very good location.

We spend most of the winter here coming down from Iowa. Our family lives just 4 miles from this property in Gilbert so location is important to us. We have stayed here for several winters and really like the house. The TV set up is not very good so we have to make other arrangements to get all the sports channels we enjoy. Jarrod is easy to get ahold of and reponds quickly.

Unfortunately I do not offer satellite cable services but the internet is a fast enough speed to run all your apps on the provided smart tv, amazon tv, blue ray player and Xbox as well as to work remotely.

Comfortable home

My parents and my husband and I stayed here to be close to our son who just bought a house on a couple streets over. Inside of the home was very clean and had everything you needed. The backyard needed some cleaning, but our son said that had been extra windy that week so that could’ve been the reason for so much dust on the outside furniture. We really enjoyed the gas fire pit. Unfortunately couldn’t use the barbecue but we let Jerrod know and he ordered the part. We were not using it anyway because we went to our sons to barbecue at his place Jerrod was very quick with communication and we will definitely consider staying here again.

VERY comfortable and quiet

The house met my expectations --- it was especially quiet. We used all 3 bedrooms and the consensus was "comfortable." The kitchen is huge --- gas stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave all worked admirably. We used the grill, but not either of the fire pits. I addressed the host about one issue --- so many things are stored in the garage that we could park only one car. I believe that it will be addressed.

It was great having you stay in our home. The garage was in need of a little re-organization so we took care of that once you pointed out you were having some difficulty. Unfortunately AZ homes have extremely small garages. We hope you will chose to stay with us again in the near future.

The property was nice and in a nice neighborhood. The big back yard was fun for the grandkids.

We liked the house. it has a very nice kitchen and the appliances were top notch. A queen size bed in the second bedroom would really be nice instead of the older double bed that is in there now. The TV and entertainment system needs an up grade since there isn't cable or satellite, the sports channels and some of the cable news stations aren't available. But overall we really like the house. It is really nice having the freeway and so many shopping areas close by. You can get to many different things in a short time. And Jarrod was always available to talk to about things if needed. We have already booked our stay for next year!

Quiet street close to everything you need/want!

The house had all you needed for a short term rental (4 weeks) and was nicely located near the 202 loop and was in an extremely quiet neighbourhood close to stores and restaurants. It was nice to be able to park the car in the garage and the house was very spacious. Jarrod responded quickly to the few questions we had and basically had no issues whatsoever once we settled in. Our small dog enjoyed the enclosed back yard and it was extremely convenient to have the greenway adjacent to the property to take him for walks. The master bedroom could benefit from a King bed and the smaller bedrooms are in need of better quality mattresses (according to our daughter who spent a week with us). All in all a great house and neighbourhood and a very responsive host. Would rent again if available next time we are in the area.

5 weeks in Phoenix

We are retired. I initially looked for a 3 month stay beginning in January. I was unable to find that situation. I liked this listing and spoke with the owner. He has had a tenant during this same timeframe for 5 years. The first available was lateMarch. So I took it. The property was just as advertised. The only issue was with TV reception. We weren’t able to get the local major stations. We went to sports bars to watch NCAAgames. We do have a Netflix subscription and binged on various offerings.

Nice sized home in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The house was spacious with large, comfortable furniture and a big garage. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet, the neighbors were nice and we had great access to the freeway. There's a large, backyard that is gated which was perfect for our dog. Jarrod was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay!

Stayed here while we were closing on our house. Jarrod was great-very helpful and flexible. Very clean, and close to downtown Chandler and Gilbert. We would stay again!
