THE LIVING SPACES

The Living room features a spacious light filled area with a nap worthy sofa and two club chairs adorned with colorful pillows, creating an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Utah. Large Windows allow natural light to flood the space, offering stunning views of the surrounding red rock formations. Relax by the fireplace and enjoy the large Smart TV (Roku) for streaming your own entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, inviting you to whip up delicious meals or simply enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out for your day’s adventures.

Sit and enjoy your meal at the dining room table with seating for 6 people. There is additional seating at the kitchen counter for 3 people.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Step into the private patio to breathe the clean desert air and settle into the soft outdoor seating. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or stargazing at night, the panoramic views of the majestic red rocks will leave you in awe. Throw a steak on the natural gas grill and enjoy a cold beverage while watching the setting sun.

The extended driveway has space for large vehicles and trailers. There is an adjacent parking lot for extra vehicles.

Our community has a shared swimming pool and hot tub a short walk away that were recently renovated.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The 3 bedrooms are havens of tranquility, featuring soft linens and comfortable mattresses that promise a restful night’s sleep. Each room is tastefully decorated, reflecting the vibrant spirit of Moab while providing a peaceful retreat.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, an attached full bathroom, and a TV.

The second bedroom has two XL twin beds and a TV.

The third bedroom has a new King size bed and new furnishings.

The second full bathroom is shared by the last two bedrooms.

Our home is in the Rim Village community nestled in the tranquil Spanish Valley, conveniently located minutes from downtown Moab. Our home offers easy access to local restaurants, shops and attractions while providing a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of town. Driving times:

• Arches National Park - 20 minutes

•Canyonlands National Park -45 minutes

• Dead Horse Point State Park -40 minutes

• Slick Rock biking trail - 15 minutes

Rim Village is a nice quiet resort outside the now very touristy Moab. The house itself has one of the best locations within the complex. The west-facing terrace has a beautiful view of the mountains. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with many useful little things. Especially nice is the Weber grill with landline gas on the terrace. During our 5-day stay, various works were carried out in the complex... Roof work, construction work at the pool with corresponding noise and inconvenience. Unfortunately, we only found out about this the day before we arrived. Otherwise, we can clearly recommend the accommodation.

We loved our stay here! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook most meals. The furnishings were nice and not cookie-cutter. There were pool towels and the bath towels were really nice and thick. There was plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub, which were great. And we didn’t mind the drive to town.Communication with the host was great and they were quick to respond to concerns. The beds were very firm. Probably the firmest bed I’ve ever slept on, which can be rough as a side sleeper. We also found it awkward to watch a movie as a group because there were really only soft chairs for 5, so someone had to be on a hard chair. There were a few things not quite as clean as we hoped, but nothing major.

I’ve been a vacation rental host for over ten years on another online vacation rental platform that begins with an A and have enjoyed sharing my Moab home with guests from all over the world. Red Rim Roost provided me the opportunity to create a sanctuary that felt like a true home away from home, not just a vacation rental. We were drawn to buy this home in the Rim Village development in Moab, for many reasons, but the primary factors that sealed our decision were the spectacular views and the serene, quiet location. The panoramic vistas offered by Rim Village are nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of majestic red rock formations stretching across the horizon became a source of inspiration and tranquility for us.

This quiet location resonated deeply with us. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab, Rim Village provides a peaceful sanctuary amidst the majestic red rocks. The quietness allows for a sense of calm and relaxation, offering the perfect retreat after a day filled with exploration and adventure in Moab's stunning surroundings.

Choosing a home here wasn't just about the physical structure; it was about embracing a lifestyle that values natural beauty, tranquility, and the ability to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life. Rim Village seemed to embody all of these qualities, making it an ideal place for us to call home.

We named our home Red Rim Roost because it draws inspiration from the stunning red rock formations of the Moab Rim, creating a natural masterpiece.

The Moab Rim provides a breathtaking backdrop for the vibrant hues of the sunrise and the serene beauty of a sunset painting the skies. The spacious interior is flooded with natural light which has a special quality in Moab. Large windows frame the amazing views of the red rocks, allowing the radiant desert sun to bathe the space in a warm welcoming glow.

Our active family has spent many active days exploring Moab’s desert playground. Our first visits were spent sleeping under the stars, but as the natural beauty kept beckoning us to return, we decided to seek a more permanent basecamp in the area. We felt very fortunate to discover this home. It’s the perfect place for our flock to roost at the end of a day spent venturing into the spectacular Moab landscape.
