Venez profiter des chambres confortables après avoir passé la journée à faire une ou plusieurs des nombreuses activités qui ont rendu Moab célèbre. Cette unité est située près de la piscine, des terrains de tennis / basket-ball et du terrain de jeux. Les 3 chambres peuvent accueillir 8 personnes et il y a une télévision dans chaque chambre. Le garage double pourra accueillir 2 voitures ou VTT et l'allée très longue pourra accueillir une remorque. Un parking supplémentaire est à proximité pour les plus grands plates-formes.

Les annulations doivent être effectuées au moins 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée pour un remboursement complet.

The property was well appointed, extremely comfortable, and perfectly met our needs. It was very clean, in a safe neighborhood, and felt very relaxed at all times during our visit. The host was very knowledgeable about the property, available for help, and willingly solved a slight check in problem that was entirely my fault. We certainly are indebted to the host for opening up the property for our use and making our stay one to remember.

The long double car driveway provided amble parking for our two vehicles and trailer. The place was clean and having the garage was a plus for all of our toys. Could use a smart TV for streaming YouTube and other programing. The towel racks in the Master Bath are loose and should be remounted/tightened. Need a sponge or something to clean dishes not able to go into the dishwasher, wipe counters, etc. We bought a packet of sponges and left them for the next guest. Ran out of laundry detergent. A bath mat would be nice - had to use the towels. Place could use freshening up - paint/carpet. Convenient to the trails and town. Large washer/dryer. Gas grill leaks/smells like natural gas is leaking, but worked fine. Great host, guide book, good communication.

Nice condo with pool and hot tub access

The condo was very spacious and it was a short walk to the pool and hot tub. The condo complex was a little bit away from the busy area of town and was nice and quiet at night. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property

Easy access to downtown Moab, pool was right behind the unit for easy access. Condo was clean and very beautifully decorated. Would definitely book it again!

There was plenty of room for our family. Everyone was comfortable.We enjoyed seeing the stars from the top balcony.

Listing and description was accurate. Very close to the pool. Property was clean and well-maintained. Did not expect the extras like paper towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags etc. I would recommend to friends and I would stay here again. Suggest you take Dan Mick jeep tours. Excellent tour for the time and money.

Great Property and Great Stay.

Great Property, clean and in good shape. The front door of the property doesn't face a street so was a little hard to find. But ended up finding it easy enough. Just need to allow for that if you are coming in after dark. Check in was very easy. Communication was top notch. Thanks for the great stay.

Reviewer Comments: Location was great, just outside the busier section of downtown Moab, and home was very easy to find. Interior of the home was just ok and it wasn't the cleanest home I've stayed in. My son also ended up having an allergic reaction to whatever the sheets were washed with so be mindful of that if you have anyone in your party with sensitive skin.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication from the owners was very good. The unit was as described. It was clean and the kitchen had lots of supplies. It was very close to the pool and hot tub which was nice. However, the bathrooms lacked bath soap and there were no bath mats. Only one bathroom had shampoo. The TV was sadly in need of replacing. Poor quality and picture didn't always fit the screen. The beds were comfortable until you got in and out. They creaked and made noise, not conducive to sleeping. I have had better experiences in the past.

Girls trip

Property served us well for our Moab and National Parks trip. Roomy and spacious. Living room couch and side chairs were pretty worn out and not comfortable to sit on. The living room television also had issues. The volume was either ear bleeding loud or so low couldn’t hear it at all. Luckily we didn’t spend a ton of time indoors anyway.

This was a great location with just the right amount of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. While it was clean, the carpets seem very old and give the impression of not being clean. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware and servewar; and has adequate pots and pans. None of them are high quality but I get that when it’s a rental and folks likely don’t take great care of others things. There is just 1 super large cutting board, so it makes cutting apples for example, kinda weird. But we had everything we needed. We did have bad wind one night and I don’t know what it is, but something on the roof rattles in the wind very loudly. My husband and I were both awoken. None of the kids noticed. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids. Thank you for sharing your home.

EXCELLENT property for a family of 6!

My husband and I, plus our four children (ages 12, 10, 6, 4) stayed in this property for two nights earlier this week on our road trip through Utah. It was absolutely perfect. Yes it is located on the outskirts of town, but honestly it still took less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, etc. It was very clean, decorated well, plenty of room, FULLY stocked kitchen, excellent decor, you name it. My kids loved the location - the pool, playground and basketball/tennis courts were literally right outside our front door. We normally accessed the unit through the garage which easily fit our suburban, and I even washed a couple loads of clothes before we moved onto our next location. I'm a very picky mom about where I stay, and I honestly thought this place was wonderful!!
