Beautifully appointed and perfectly located just minutes from downtown Moab, this 3 bed/3 bath home has everything you need for your stay in Moab!

This beautiful open concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October). You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains.

The gas firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities! In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or soak in the private hot tub located just outside on the enclosed patio. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

This VRBO was just beautiful. It is very convenient to Moab, arches national Park and canyonlands national Park. The host was very responsive and provided several suggestions on where to go to see the sunset at a local areas. The combination to the front door did not work, but after texting the host received a response within five minutes and everything was corrected.Would recommend this rental to family and friends and hopefully one day will come back and be able to rent again. Only suggestion would be to have some plastic wine glasses that can be used out in the hot tub. Thanks again. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a great time in Moab! The house was close to the national parks, grocery stores and restaurants. We loved having the private fire place and hot tub to come back to after a long day of hiking. The address does not match the actual street the condo is on. The code they sent was the wrong code. It was hard to get ahold of someone to sort things out.The contact/host person advised they would send us their number but never did or contacted us again, we even called VRBO again and told them we had never been re-contacted. They advised they would contact the host and have them reach out to us. Never heard back, never did get the code so we could use the pool. Condo was good but communication was poor. I have rented numerous houses through VRBO and this is the poorest communication by far.The house we moved to in Kanab sent us everything a couple of days before we arrived, codes, directions and phone numbers to contact hosts in the area.This condo we received the code and only the code the day before and nothing else.Would have given the condo a 5, if not for a sticky kitchen floor and stained towel in master bedroom, it was washed but had what looked like small blood stains on it.

We did send multiple communications prior to arrival to both the email address and phone number provided on the reservation, including access details and entry codes. When you contacted VRBO, I also personally verified the phone number on file with you over the phone and immediately sent a text message from our office number, but unfortunately we did not receive a reply. It’s possible there may have been an issue with the contact information associated with the booking. Regarding the address confusion, our area is quite rural and mapping services such as Google Maps are not always updated accurately. Because of this, we do include written driving directions within the property details and check-in information to help guests locate the unit more easily. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback helps us continue improving the guest experience.

Great location for adventuring in Moab!

We did not see any nicer rentals in Moab than Rim Village. Beautiful views, convenient to downtown Moab and to national parks, Colorado River, and other recreation areas. Hosts were super helpful and quick to respond. Nicely decorated.

Great location and nice place

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a seamless process to check in and get into the house. The house is about 10 mins from all the restaurants in Moab. The hot tub was nice to use at the end of long hiking days.

Weekend getaway with the caftan crew

The house was very private, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. Its a little bit out of town so nothing is really within walking distance which is the only thing that would make it better. that ionlything
