This property is next to a farm with cows and horses which can sometimes be seen in the lower meadow as part of the valley view.
We often receive feedback that this property is a great place to unplug and unwind with guests using it for book club/readaway meet ups, nature hikes, and immersing themselves in the local history and culture of the area including the many breweries and wineries in the region.
Letchworth State Park was names the best state park in the US in 2025! The park is only 15 minutes away from the property.

Located on the west side of the NYS Finger Lakes Region, this secluded very private, 34-acre property has hiking trails and is close to state parks, skiing, and a reasonable drive to tons of wineries and breweries. It also a 7-minute drive to stores/Dansville, NY.

Plenty of parking for 10+ cars.
Pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend (sometimes earlier or later, please inquire for your specific stay)
There are smart TV`s provided that you can login and and use streaming services, but basic cable is not provided.

To access this property, before arrival, the individual booking will need to sign a rental agreement and a provide a copy of your drivers license or other acceptable form of photo ID. Details on how to sign agreement and provide ID will be sent after booking (simple links that take a couple minutes to complete). If you would like to see the details of these agreements prior to booking, simply message us and we can send you the details through the platform messaging system.

No GLASS OF ANY KIND in OR anywhere near the pool or hot tub
No parties or events without prior approval in writing from Apex Vacation Rentals
No camping or RV`s on the property without prior approval
No fireworks whatsoever are allowed anywhere on the property
Quiet hours are between 10PM - 8AM

Any guest found to not be following house rules on the property may result in immediate eviction of the entire group with no refund and the booking guest`s credit card may be charged for any all costs incurred by the host caused directly or indirectly from the aforementioned non-compliance. Such action will be at the sole discretion of the property owners and/or Apex Vacation Rentals.
