This home has a spacious yard for many sports and yard games to be played as well as a hot tub, pool table, foosball table and a new pickle-ball court! Cozy up in the living room while watching tv by the warm fireplace. This property is perfect for a large group who wants to enjoy the beauty of the lake!
The property was beautiful and very private area. Loved the house and boat house. The lake was a little too warm we never have stayed on the warm side.
Great property and location with fun things to do on site. Functional house layout for extended families. House itself needs some updating (especially outdoor decks and railings) but would stay there again.
Great home with tons of shoreline in a great location!
My friends and I do a fishing trip every year to lake anna because the water stays warm year round and the fishing tends to be better there in the winter than most other bodies of water around here. The home we stayed in was perfect, plenty of space for everyone to comfrotably hang out, a nice hot tub on the patio in the back yard and a beautiful, spacious dock where we could lounge around when we werent fishing. The yard is huge and this home has a lot of shoreline as well. Would love to book this home in the summer as well to fully enjoy the dock and water while we are there. The homeowner is very nice and easy to communicate with and made our stay very pleasant. Would highly recommend!
We had a great time at this lakefront property â the location and views were absolutely stunning! The large yard provided plenty of space for outdoor fun, and we loved having access to the pickleball court, hot tub, and spacious dock. The boat house with its fridge, sink and seating area was a perfect spot to relax by the water, and the kayaks were an awesome addition. The new smoker/grill was great for cooking as well. That said, there were several maintenance issues that took away from the experience. The property is in need of some serious TLC. The carpets were very dirty, and some of the furniture seemed old and worn down. The tile floor in the kitchen is cracking to the point where loose tile pieces are coming up, which is a hazard, and the section in front of the fridge is soft and weak. The refrigerator had a leaking issue and very few freezer shelves, which made food storage a bit challenging. There were also water damage stains on the basement ceilings, and parts of the dock decking were coming apart. Additionally, the towels had a mildew smell, and the house, especially the basement, had a musty odor. The loft was practically unusable during the summer due to the heat, and the two worn futons up there werenât comfortable. While the location and views were beautiful, the house itself could definitely use some care and attention to bring it up to its full potential. If the maintenance issues were addressed, it could easily be a five-star spot.
This property is beautiful. My friends and I spent most of our time at the spacious dock bar or the pickleball court. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The house is a little dated but it was more than made up for by the property. Situation on a peninsula, there was water on 3 sides and the views are great. We had no problems loading a jet ski at the community ramp. There is a big driveway with plenty of parking. Check out directions we're simple and easy. The host was great at answering my questions promptly. Highly recommend!
