🐶 Pets (limited to dogs only) allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay, max 2 dogs under 50 lbs each.

⏰ Late check-out requires prior approval. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged hourly based on our cleaning team’s rate.

📷 Please note that we have installed a single exterior camera facing the front of the house to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. There is also a noise detection device installed in the backyard, but it is no longer active. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices.

- ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS -

📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.

💳 Security Deposit:
A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.
