Alegria! Five Bedroom Colonial Style Home Conveniently Located! Pet Friendly!

Alegria is just three minutes off I-90 between the new LDS temple and the lake, in Moses Lake, WA (46 mins from the Gorge Amphitheatre!)
Alegria currently sleeps 14, 5 bedrooms (each with ultra-comfortable, gorgeous beds and linens), 2.5 baths, new granite tops in the kitchen and master bath, all new wall-to-wall carpets, oak floors, front porch with swing, back patio, large garage, white marble fireplace with Vermont Verde marble hearth, strong wifi, and is pet friendly (with a small doggie door into the back yard. (The master bedroom with King bed is on the ground floor, with a wheelchair accessible shower.)
There is a regulation size and height basketball hoop to the side of the double-width driveway. There is additional gravel parking to the side of the driveway, suitable for a full-size RV.

The natural oak floors run from the entry way into the spacious kitchen, beautified by green/grey granite counter tops. The kitchen is the heart of the home, with a spacious breakfast room to one side and the formal dining room with large solid oak family dining table from 1881 plus ten chairs to the other side. The living room is sunken to provide a higher ceiling, adorned with two crystal chandeliers. The two-car garage is just off the breakfast room, easy to access and enter via remote control. The back patio and garden is spacious and beautiful, a perfect setting for memorable family get-togethers and bar-b-ques.

Our home has both a warm and friendly vibe, while at the same time being classy and tastefully decorated. Each piece of furniture has been carefully selected to last and remain a family favorite for years to come.

Perfect home for a 50th anniversary celebration! I really love your dishes by the way . Kids had a blast with the ping pong table. Traveled with 2 Corgis and the fenced back yard was such a welcome amenity. Very communicative hosts who were welcoming and thoughtful. So many beds! But all 13 people had a a warm, cozy place to sleep. Thank you so much, more beautiful memories werr made this weekend

Host was great to communicate with. Responsive and clear. They also made cookies for us which was very sweet. The host did require an insurance package to be bought to stay which did not cover for the extra pet deposit so with this and the extra fees, it ended up being a lot more than I expected to stay for 2 nights. Home had a lot of extra beds and 5 rooms, so plenty large to maybe share with another family if needed to split and offset the cost of the extra fees.

Loved it!

Great location, spacious well appointed home. We came for Labor Day weekend and loved the home and the host was super nice and easy to communicate with. We even had fresh banana bread when we arrived. So thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone traveling with a large group!

Overall the house was great. The beds were comfortable. The homemade banana bread was well appreciated. We could not get the lock box closed and it was not easy to use. The towels very rough. The yard was not well maintained

This house would be fantastic for very large parties as they have at least 11 beds. The owners instructions were clear and accurate. We were traveling to the water park for a swim meet and it was only 6 minutes away from there and probably12 minutes off the freeway. It is not a “destination” property to spend a bunch of time in (no hot tub, pool, game room, etc), but it is a fantastic place to leave your things while you head out on an adventure in Moses lake.

Comfortable house, great hosts!

Great house for our big family. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We did run into a problem with the AC, but the owners were VERY fast to reply and fix the problem. Things happen in houses, that's just life. Having the quick and friendly owners is worth gold!

Family getaway

The home provided enough space for all 13 of us. The hosts were responsive. Convenient location. This is an older colonial home and it was over 100 degrees... very hot. It took more than 24 hours for the upstairs to cool down... meanwhile the downstairs was too cool. My grandson mentioned it would have been great to have two TV's... one for viewing and another for gaming.

We have been thinking about getting another TV for one of the bedrooms upstairs; please thank your grandson for his idea, and let him know that it will be implemented soon. Also, having lived in India and Qatar for many years, my husband and I got used to the heat. We need to remember to set the AC on the day before our guests arrive so the temperature stablizes throughout the house. Thank you again for your kind feedback.

Great home /great location

We stayed here at this home because family was coming into town for a family funeral and we needed time to visit and process. This home was perfect, the kids could play games and play, the adults could visit and tell stories and make arrangements. It had all the amenities that we needed. The beds were comfortable. Appliances worked. When we had a question, we were able to get answers if needed. My only suggestion would be to have the check out time at noon. For some reason, that hour makes a difference, but other than that- it was perfect. I would suggest this for any family, friends, etc that need a great place to get together and be able to visit. Thank you!

Amazing stay

We stayed at Lisa’s home in May this year with a total party of six and our dog. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The location was very convenient, within five minutes of the highway entrance and the rest of the Moses Lake town. All of the bedding, sheets, and towels felt very clean and fresh. There was a full array of gear in the kitchen for us to cook our meals. The heating and air conditioning were very responsive and allowed our group to always feel totally comfortable. The house was nice and spacious, with plenty of rooms and beds of our choosing. I would feel comfortable renting again if I came back with an even larger group size. The biggest highlight was the backyard and patio, which we spent ample time in during the pleasant May weather, and allowed our dog to be able to roam on the nice grass. Lisa the host was highly communicative and left us a nice handwritten note providing us all the necessary information. I would highly recommend this property rental for anyone, and could see myself staying again.
