LIVING SPACES
As you enter the home through the front door, you are greeted with a panoramic view of Moses Lake. The main floor features an open concept living, kitchen and dining room. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. Smart TVs throughout the home allow you to login to all of your favorite streaming networks such as Netflix. The oversized sliding glass door leads to a large covered deck where you'll find an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, and Blackstone grill.
The basement features a large rec room with comfy furniture for lounging and watching your favorite movies or playing one of the many board games provided. A wet bar with sink and mini fridge for convenient entertaining. NEWLY ADDED Ping Pong Table!

The two primary suites are located on the second floor. Each features their own private balcony for enjoying the sunrise with your morning cup of coffee. The primary suite bathrooms are like stepping into your own personal spa complete with steam showers. Perfect after a long day on
the lake or concert going.
The bunk room has four twin beds. This room also features an Xbox and gaming lounge chairs.

Two (2) pet max. I hereby agree to the following house rules for pets while staying at Peninsula Point:
âą Host must approve dog/s prior to booking.
âą No cats. Only dogs allowed.
âą Guests are permitted two dogs weighing 60 pounds or less unless Host agrees in advance.
âą The dog must be healthy and up to date on rabies and DHPP vaccines.
âą Guests will always keep the dog on a leash when outside the home.
âą Unattended dogs must be crated.
âą Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all dog waste, as well as cleaning dog before he/she comes indoors. Guests must bring their own towels to clean dogs.
âą Dog waste bags are provided. (Under kitchen sink) Please bag and dispose of waste in the garbage can on the side of the house.
âą Guests will use the back yard for the dog to defecate/urinate. Guests will not let the dog relieve itself in the neighborsâ yards.
âą A dog bed is not provided. Please bring your own. The dog is not allowed on the guest beds or furniture.
CHILD SAFETY:
âą This home has multiple flights of stairs. Baby gates are not provided. Please provide your own baby gates.
âą Please note: this is a lakefront property. If you have young children, please take this into consideration.
PARKING:
âą Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Garage is not available for your use.
Pool Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and the use of swimming equipment are AT YOUR OWN RISK. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming that may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using any pool equipment. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that a confirmed booking at Peninsula Point constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
CITY OF MOSES LAKE VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Max Occupancy (daytime & nighttime): 14 guests (Up to four (4) children under the age of six (6) do not count towards the overall maximum occupancy of the rental).
2. Minimum age to rent is 25.
3. Max number of vehicles: 6 (trailers count as 1 vehicle)
4. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM
5. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
6. No trespassing into neighborsâ properties (dogs & children included)
7. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. Fine per violation by the City of ML
2. Immediate eviction
3. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate
The entire home is for your enjoyment. Garage is not available for your use.

The quiet lower Peninsula is one of the most peaceful locations in Moses Lake. There is a neighborhood park just a block away. A perfect place for frisbee golf. This friendly area has well-lit roads and safe side walks.
In under 5 minutes you can reach the Chevron gas station and hit the I-90 freeway. In under 10 minutes you can reach Harvest food for any grocery needs.

Security Deposit Required of up to $300
Minimum age to rent is 25.

-Noise complaints from neighbors are serious and may result in cancelation of your reservation. You will be asked to leave with no refund.

-No smoking, $500 fee for signs of smoking or cigarette end clean up
