Escape to our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home near Germania and Galeton. With a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, sofa bed, two living areas, and stocked kitchen, this cabin sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. Perched atop a mountain ridge, you'll be treated to breathtaking views and stellar stargazing opportunities. Explore the nearby wonders, including the PA Grand Canyon and Cherry Springs State Park by ATV/Snowmobile, hiking, or biking! Three Trees is your perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure!

Everything you needed was there clean and location is great. Only downside was trash cans could be a little bigger. We had a great time seeing the stars without leaving the property. Easy check-in and checkout good communication always got back in a timely manner to our questions. We are already talking about going back.

Accommodations as well as management updates on communication were top notch does not get any better perfect location for us when we snowmobile hunt and fish and will be visiting potter county and staying again for sure

Super clean & great floorplan

We booked the Three Trees to stay during Memorial Day weekend to kick off the Atv riding season. House was easy to find and easy to maneuver our trailer to unload. Great to ride out of and hit the trails. Spot was spacious and open to amazing morning light!

I booked this cabin for a weekend with my sister and cousins. We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was as listed - clean and comfortable with space for everyone to congregate but find solitude when desired. Prior to the trip we decided we wanted to add a day - the communication and process of doing so was very easy. We had to cancel some of our activities due to weather and pivoted to enjoy the cozy cabin experience in the large living room and on the outdoor patio. I would highly recommend.

Amazing views and amazing place

We absolutely loved this house! We played outside most of the time- picking apples, building forts, exploring. My kids want to come back very soon! The house was immaculate, and everything we needed was already here.

Nice getaway from the city

Loved the cabin and set up. It had everything we needed. The only thing we wished it would have had were blinds/curtains for all the bedroom windows instead of just the eastern facing ones and for the French doors for the bottom level. Overall, it was perfect in size and location. Very relaxing space.

We come for the dark sky!Beautiful little modern cabin. Secluded, so far from conveniences. Bring what you need in terms of food. Well equipped kitchen.Not the best communications, I asked about the woodstove having stayed there before, but was never responded to.

Modern, Clean, and Comfortable Retreat

From booking to checkout, we had a seamless and professional experience. The house was clean and ready on-time, and was beautifully appointed. We especially enjoyed the deck and our kids loved the bunk beds. The property was secluded and very peaceful, and close to state parks. The only minor issue we had was a spotty internet connection our first day, but since we were there to unwind it was not a problem. Management was very responsive via the app. The kids are already asking when we can stay again and we hope to visit again some day soon!

Almost perfect

We have no complaints about this stay. Pre-stay communication was perfect, everything was exactly as advertised, stay went well, damage deposit was refunded promptly after check-out. You should have absolutely no hesitation booking this location. We stayed for four days in November 2024. We wanted to see the galaxy. We did not see the galaxy due to clouds. We did make some nice local hikes though. Location is about 15 minutes (one way) from the local Shop & Save, so if you don't want to bring food with you, you can easily source some locally. The place was well furnished and had most everything. I recommend the owners equip the kitchen with a cheese grater and the yard with a fire pit, with a bundle of free wood to get guests started. Some folding chairs for the fire pit would be nice too. The TV situation was good. They have two Fire TVs, which have already installed or available for download pretty much any streaming service you would want. Just log in with your own credentials and be sure to log out when you are done. I like the FireTV interface, way better than I've seen with other "smart TVs". The internet was fast enough, when it worked. It was a bit spotty at times, which is a drag since the TVs require internet. I'm pretty sure it was related to the snow we were getting (about 6-8 inches). The electricity went out once or twice, but it came back quickly. The downstairs bathtub seemed a bit tricky to get it to hold water. Maybe I'm just dumb though.
