My first experience with Vrbo! I rented this cabin for my parents, and myself. My dad is a home body and country boy, who doesn’t like to go places and definitely not without his dog. My parents celebrated their 52nd anniversary! They honeymooned in Grand Canyon, PA. I surprised them with a trip down memory lane. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin, simple yet elegant! The pictures were exactly what we were expecting. It was close to everything yet tucked away from it all! Peace and Quiet, with the comforts of home, and camping. We went to several state parks, the Lumber Museum and took a wagon ride! My parents kept saying how nice it was! Rex loved it too…. (The dog). It was better than staying in a motel and definitely better than the local campgrounds. Would love to stay here again. It was easy to rent, and the communication and concern for our stay was wonderful and greatly appreciated! Thank you so much Josh!

Josh was an outstanding host — very responsive before and during our stay and clearly thoughtful about every detail. The cabin was well stocked, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a cozy winter getaway. The wood-burning fireplace made the space extra warm and inviting, and we loved being able to stargaze right from the backyard under clear skies. We cooked all of our meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were also very comfortable.Highly recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for.

Exactly what my wife and I were looking for; a getaway where time wasn’t an issue. We star gazed at Cherry Springs and from the side yard. Elk are just an hours ride away and this time of year they never disappoint.

Everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stick for all your cooking needs. Because of the area the house is in it would be advisable to stay in and cook your dinner meals. We spent all three nights with a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed our home cooked dinner. The owner has thought of everything that you will need for your stay. Communication with the owner before arriving and during our stay was excellent. We will book this cabin for any future visits to this area.

Hey Ward & Ryan, we are very sorry our beds, which have been mentioned explicitly by our other guests as being extremely comfortable, didn't meet your personal preferences and earned us a 3-star review. We very much wish you would have reached out to us about this problem to see if there was anyway we could remedy it. As mentioned in our previous correspondence, we stand by our 5-star experience and will do anything we can to make sure our guests are happy. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to host you again!
