The Space:

Snow settles quietly through the trees as you arrive, the woods hushed and still, broken only by the soft crunch underfoot. Steam curls from the hot tub while warm light spills from the cabin windows, inviting you inside after a day outdoors. Evenings are made for slowing down – fires crackle, cards spread across the table, and long conversations stretch late into the night.



Sleeping Arrangements

The cabin sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a wood‑burning stove, and private access to the primary bathroom. A second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom holds two sets of standard bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the group. The common bathroom includes a bathtub, and the primary bathroom provides a custom tile shower and a floating tub. Bathroom essentials are supplied for comfort.



Kitchen & Living Space

A fully equipped kitchen opens into the main living area, keeping everyone connected while meals are prepared or games are played. After dinner, settle onto the sofa to stream a movie on the TV or curl up with a book beside the indoor fireplace. Wi‑Fi is included, and a dedicated workspace is available for light tasks or planning the next adventure. A washer‑dryer adds convenience for longer stays.



Outdoor Living

Step onto the multi‑level deck that overlooks the woods, complete with a BBQ grill for year‑round cooking. The hot tub invites you to soak as the cool mountain air sharpens the senses, and a nearby fire pit becomes the natural gathering place once evening falls, perfect for quiet conversation beneath the stars.



Family & Pet Friendly Comfort

Children’s books, toys, and board games are provided, making it easy to settle in without overplanning. The cabin welcomes dogs, and free parking on the premises with a private entrance keeps arrivals and departures simple. Cats are not permitted.



The Area

Located minutes from Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area, you have access to miles of trails and a large lake surrounded by forest. Berkeley Springs is a short drive away, offering an arts community, shops, restaurants, and a local brewery and winery. Within The Woods Resort, walking trails are available, and the golf course can be used for a modest fee. The resort’s fitness center and indoor/outdoor pools are reserved for members only.
