This well-appointed villa is your perfect getaway. With the beach just across the street and Pier Park just 9 minutes away, the accessibility is truly unmatched! The master bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and access to the balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the beach. The second bedroom features 2 twin loft-type beds over a cozy queen bed.

Every space is thoughtfully decorated to create a cheerful, beachy vibe without compromising comfort. The cozy living room has ample seating for fun family games and movie nights. Right next to the living room is a neatly stocked kitchen with every cooking essential you'll ever need.

Villa Chateau is a community known for its bright townhouses and laid-back vibes. The community also features a refreshing pool – perfect for soaking in the sun or taking a refreshing plunge. "Villa by the Sea" is your sweet secret beach hideaway!

Great location

Our only complaint no chairs on decks off of bedrooms. I like to set out there in the am. Only one chair. Fix up those decks.

Great stay… few minor things to note

We enjoyed our week at this rental. A few things to know before booking… -The stairs are very creaky, so there’s definitely no going up or down quietly. -The reservation contract states that you cannot turn the thermostat below 73. It’s fine for the living area downstairs, but the upstairs bedrooms felt several degrees warmer. Luckily there are ceiling fans. -There was actually quite a bit of traffic noise when trying to sleep, even though it’s the quieter end of PCB. Bring some kind of sound machine with you. -At the time we booked this, the online description stated that the washer/dryer was in the unit. It’s actually outside in a closet by the front door. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice to know beforehand. Bring a laundry basket. I believe they were going to update the description to be more specific. Other than that, the location is great. The beach access is right across the street from the entrance to this complex. The beach was not crowded at all. The pool is very close and in good shape. All of the rooms in the unit are in good shape. Beds were comfortable enough. There is another closet outside with beach items. While there are several chairs, they are very basic and not really made for adults. They were fine for the kids, but my husband and I were glad we brought our own. There were a couple of good umbrellas, boogie boards and miscellaneous items. If the price is right, you will not regret your stay.
