The space is a small, "Private Studio kitchenette" equipped with everything you need for a perfect fun in the sun vacation in South Beach, if you look out your window at an angle between the coconut trees you can actually "catch a glimpse" of the beach and the water.
The Building is a famous landmark former Hotel that was converted to condominium, originally built as an Art Deco building, the style of typical South Beach architectures.

VRBO is a self-catering rental, self-catering means do it yourself. Be autonomous. There's no staff, different from a hotel-style with expected provisions and maid services.

- When a guest arrives we provide a “starter pack” of basic amenities like two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, bin liners.. etc. ... We do not re-stock or supply essentials throughout the stay.
