Was a great place for a little R&R relaxation for our family and some of their friends we had 10 teenagers that joined us. Everything was perfect with the game room and pool and Jacuzzi and close to things in Kansas City.

We loved the house and location. Beautiful decor and comfortable sitting and sleeping areas. Kitchen stocked with small appliances, dish and housewares as expected. We enjoyed the pool and patio for games, meals etc. The teens especially liked the game and theater room. The weekend was extremely hot so appreciated the comfort of the inside areas. The icemaker and water connected to the refrigerator was not functional. Was glad that a small separate ice-machine an additional ice was in the freezer, but no bottled water was initially available. The host was easy to contact. Would love to stay at this property again.

The house was very nice and lots of room for our group of 14! We enjoyed the hot tub and hope to come back for the pool in the summer. The beds were really comfortable too!!

This house was gorgeous everywhere inside the home and patio, pool, hot tub. The owner was very generous with provisions and allowing us to stay past check out time. I would rent again!I would say it is in need of new pillows (they are mostly flat) and I'm not a fan of microfiber sheets but love hotel quality cotton, cool and crisp.

Garage with multiple loved on game tables with classics available. Modern minimalist aesthetic furniture.Wonderful parking available. Ample trash space for easy clean up. Great property in a nice neighborhood. It was easy to check in and we were immediately greeted by the backyard neighbors. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. Both were well kept and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group (11 total - 6 adults, 5 kids ages 2-9) to sleep and hang out.

Wonderful!

The property was perfect for our large group. We needed a location to comfortably for staff and staff families for a cheer competition. This property and the owner were wonderful! Our only regret is not having more time to enjoy the patio.

As kids, my siblings and I grew up in Overland Park. The location of the house was absolutely perfect for us. The house was quite nice and communication with the host was perfect.

Great location, clean

We used this house to stay at while we attended an expo training event at Overland Park Convention center. It was close, Clean and convenient. We had 11 people and it was big enough to accommodate us all. The pool and hot tub was a nice option to used after a long day of training.

The listing stated the heated pool would be open. We found out days before the pool had been closed. This was an unpleasant surprise. The Property Manager did arrange a discount. Cleiton was super easy to work with and was very communicative.

Great outdoor space!

Placed worked great for our large group of friends. The outside area was great and had everything we could want to relax. The pool and hot tub were great along with the fire pit. We didn’t end up doing as many activities outside the home because we enjoyed all the amenities that were there at the house so much we preferred to hang out there as a group.

Excellent spot in south KC

The house was very clean and exactly as we expected. The house manager was responsive and very helpful throughout. Our only slight issue was around the hot tub having just been treated so it was mostly unusable for our stay.
