Beautiful place (I walked around for 5 minutes just saying wow) and wonderful backyard! The kitchen fully stocked with anything you could need. Great location with a gas station and a few restaurants across the street and stores close by. Loved the easy access of the driveway. 10/10 experience.

We had a great stay! There was plenty of room for our family to celebrate our KU graduate. The home was very clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was a great place to gather.

Beautiful, Spacious Home

This was the perfect home for our girls weekend! The kitchen was fully stocked with any and all cooing utensils, and the bathrooms included travel amenities as well. We comfortably slept 8 and the 3 bathrooms made it so easy for getting ready. We wished it had been a bit cooler so we could have enjoyed the beautiful patio and backyard more! There’s so much seating in this home, which made it perfect for slow mornings drinking coffee together. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Property was just as listed. Super cute and very comfortable beds. I wish our group would had more time there to enjoy the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend!

Flawless Place

Honestly one of the nicest places I have said in terms of a short term rental. It was immaculately clean, had everything you would need. Spacious, comfortable and really a great place to stay. HIGHLY Recommend it

Great House!

We had a girls shopping weekend and 4 ladies stayed in the house. It was super clean and we appreciated all the extra’s in the bathroom and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very easy to work with the property manager and check out was very easy. Location was perfect. We look forward to staying here next time!

Over the top - beautiful renovation with so many amazing amenities that make it feel like home. Spacious Rooms - great layout and the backyard was perfect with a covered area, BBQ and fire pit. We utilized the Living Room for Greeting visitors watching KU Football and dancing. The kitchen is fully stocked and each bathroom was complete with all the necessities!! Gracious Host and Owner making sure all our needs were met. See you next time we are in KC!!

Family Christmas 2024

The house was perfect for our family Christmas get-together. Convenient location, and good spaces for everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the fire pit, and the Christmas tree was a nice touch. The parking sounded like a challenge, but was easily managed. A bench in the bedroom instead of a luggage rack would be more useful. We would stay here again.

Nice and cozy

The house has all the modern updates. Its recently been remodeled. It's really close to all the cool things you want to do while you're in Lenexa Kansas. The property manager was excellent in communicating all the details. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything you needed. It is on a very busy street and quiets down towards evening time after Rush hour traffic.The house is well insulated so you don't hear it much inside. We will Definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody that is looking for a decent spot to spend their time.

Can't beat this property

All I can say is this place can't be beat!! I kept thinking that it was TOO nice to be a VRBO. I kept telling my family that I could easily live here. The house was so quiet, CLEAN and not in a 'covered it up to make it LOOK clean' way. Legit clean. Every square inch looks like new construction and the design work was stellar. They equipped the house with absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need! I mean EVERYTHING! The master bed had a massage element and reclining options. The master floor and bathroom floor had heated floors. My boys were so stoked about the Play Station 5 with a big screen TV and a sweet basement. I can 1000% recommend this property to anyone. The check-in and check-out instructions were super minimal and easy. I loved our stay and came home w/ zero laundry to do, since this facility had great laundry access. WIN!
