Large Updated Home with Pool - Perfect place for Entertaining! Prime Location!

Do you love to entertain? If so, look no further! This home has everything you need for large family gatherings (NO RAGING/WILD PARTIES) or your own private oasis. Enjoy the salt water INGROUND POOL with a diving board, open Memorial Day - October 1st (unless other arrangements have been made). Grab a cool beverage from from the outdoor shed refrigerator, complete with a bathroom. If you're not up for a swim, catch some rays on the wrap around deck, relax on the comfortable outdoor sectional underneath the pergola or get cozy on the wooden double swings while roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. If you prefer the indoors, head to the finished basement to enjoy a drink at the bar, play a round of pool, darts or ping pong, or relax on the couch and watch TV. You can even get your workout on in the GYM or enjoy a competitive game of basketball in the Cul de sac.

This home is located in close proximity to downtown Kansas City, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, SportingKC, casinos, shopping centers, multiple youth sports complexes and much more! After a fun day of exploring all that Kansas City has to offer, relax in one of the NINE (9) comfortable beds, including three king, four queen and two full beds. If you have more than 18 guests, air mattresses will be provided!

This home has been in the family for more than 40 years and we want you to enjoy it as much as we have! If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let us know. We look forward to having you as our guest!

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had plenty of space for all 15 of us to celebrate our Mom's 93rd birthday. It was very easy to get to and Mike was very quick to respond if we had questions or concerns.

Property really does have a lot of great features to it, including the pool, game room and fire pit. Really appreciate lots of bathrooms and bedrooms for all. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Mike and the house were great. It was perfect for what we needed with the pool and the basement being excellent spots for relaxing or entertaining. I’d absolutely stay there again.

Amazing! Can’t beat this place!

This is truly a gem of a place! We had 4 families stay, 17 ages 16-50 and a 1 year old. Plenty of beds, plus there were air mattresses if needed. Everything we needed for 1 year old, even toys outside. Can’t say enough about the outdoor area, where we spent all our time when at the house. Lots of place for all of us. We grilled and used fire pit with no problem. The outdoor tv was fun, watched a movie while playing cards at night. Pool was amazing, and way bigger than we thought. Absolutely no issues what so ever! Enough bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the basement. Neighborhood was wonderful, quiet, nice neighbors, plenty of parking. Again, cannot say enough about this place, book it! You will not be disappointed!

This was a repeat stay for our family! All 14 of us from ages 3-70 had plenty to enjoy right on the property, which is why we returned. The pool is well designed to accommodate toddlers not yet swimming and older children enjoying the diving board. Fun times for all in the lower level in the game room as well! Owner is great to work with!

We had the best time with our friends! The pool was perfect for the kids and the adults and the outdoor space was great for relaxing and catching up with our friends! Mike was amazing and kind to work with! We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the fenced backyard with the pool, poolhouse & sitting area. House was big enough to accommodate all 27 of us & give us room yo spread out. Our host was very responsive & answered all my questions.

This property was an incredible stay! Mike was more than accommodating and his communication was incredible. We had a group 13 for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was an awesome addition and the outdoor space was so much fun! One day we stayed at the house all day and had a cookout- perfect space for it! Plus, the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful! Everyone person in our group was blown away and wants to book again for their own family!

I would highly recommend this house! The owner was great to work with, responsive and helpful. The house was even better than the pictures. We had a multi generation family reunion and spent the days around the pool and evenings around the fire pit. We would definitely rent here again!If you’re looking for accessibility information, there were two steps up to the front door. From the house onto the pool area there was one step down. Additionally there is one step from the wood deck area to the cement pool deck and fire pit area. There are no steps up or down on the main level of the house, which has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Easter Vacation in Kansas

The house is nice; however, it doesn’t appear to have been updated. The kitchen possibly has been updated. There is not a fresh clean feel in the home. It is definitely not worth 800.00 a night. The walls need to be painted. There are spots on the ceiling in the living room from water leaks. Chipped paint around windows and other areas. The couch is old and has a horrible sour smell on the back of it. The owners are across the street and spoke to any one that was going in the house. They questioned our babysitter. It was just creepy. No curtains on the front window. My sister ran out of the house like she saw a Ghost when we arrived She checked into a hotel. The house could really be beautiful if it was really updated as advertised. The pictures are really deceiving. We woke up in the middle of the night one of the nights and the front door was wide open. It had been locked two times. The house could really use a deep cleaning. The vents were full of dust. Nothing is modern but the kitchen. Some of the mattresses are horrible with no protective covering. The wash rags and towels are also horrible. There are 7 bedrooms and only 2 have Televisions. I could go on and on. If this house is ever truly updated and cleaned properly it would be worth the cost and a nice to stay if you don’t mind the owners questioning your guest. I don’t know if I mentioned this, however, the back yard is nice. I definitely would not have stayed there if I had of known the condition of the house.

Great house and location

We had a group of moms and kids for a local sporting event. It was a great way to keeps things affordable while creating a team bonding experience. The house was spacious, clean and Mike was great to work with. Would highly recommend!

Amazing property

The neighborhood of the house was kept very well and near all necessities like gas, food, groceries, etc. The house itself was immaculate and indeed great for entertaining. The outside was fantastic with the pool, even tho we didn't come at the right season, the outdoor seating options under the covered patio, the fire pit surrounded by swings, and the open area for playing bags. The basement with the the rec area was perfect for entertaining a large group and still have space to move around. The kitchen is huge with so much counter space and basically everything you could need!! My only warning with the seven bedrooms is that one of the bedrooms was actually a room off of another bedroom, so a slight privacy issue but nothing we couldn't deal with. Two of the other bedrooms had glass paned doors with sheer curtains, so again just s slight privacy issue. We didn't actually have any internet for streaming on the TVs, but we established s Hotspot when needed and notified the owner who apologized for the inconveinence. Overall. We would come back for another stay!!

Lots of room and entertainment

Roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. We had four families and really enjoyed the game room downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of pots, pans, and appliances.
