The Alpine Escape is the perfect place to call home while exploring everything that Steamboat Springs has to offer! This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a private patio that offers partial gondola views, 2 hot tubs, and a seasonal pool!

The Space:
Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo—your cozy mountain escape!

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including a drip-style coffee maker for brewing the perfect morning cup. A washer and dryer are available in unit for your convenience, and detergent is provided.

Stay warm with baseboard heating throughout the unit, and enjoy the refreshing mountain air with fans provided for summer stays (please note, like most mountain homes, there is no air conditioning). Relax by the gas fireplace in the living room and electric fireplace in primary bedroom after a day of adventure and stream your favorite shows on Netflix.

Unwind in the community’s two year-round hot tubs, or take a swim in the seasonal pool (open Memorial Day through late summer). The community also offers grills, picnic tables, and a fire pit for outdoor gatherings (grilling equipment not provided). For families, there’s a playground for children to enjoy.

Parking: Free parking is available for up to two vehicles.

Transportation: The free city bus stop is conveniently located at the community entrance, offering easy access to downtown Steamboat and Gondola Square via the green or orange lines—adventure is always within reach!

The Alpine Escape is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator.
