Quiet Retreat for Business and Family Trip

Near UNC in University Area. This cute fully equipped NON-smoking private suite with kitchen located downstairs with private entrance, parking, and patio NOT shared with the host. Enter through the WHITE fence to get to the room. A private bathroom, private living room, outdoor patio, range stove (NOT kitchenette), standard size kitchen sink, refrigerator, and dining area are provided. There is no vent above the stove. An exhaust fan at the window is available, if needed. We kindly ask guest to NOT burn your food to prevent smoke detector being alarmed.

We live in the home upstairs. NO smoking (cigars, cigarette, and especially weed) inside or outside of the house or on the property. Vaping is allowed, but must be outside. Fine of $500 will be impose for smoking other than vaping OR will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND. Sorry - we just don't tolerate smoking as it is very difficult to remove the odor.

This space is located in a family-friendly very quiet and safe neighborhood with 2 ponds and parks walking/driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, salons, bakery, hospitals, and many more. Although this house welcome children, please keep in mind there are some breakable items in the house. Please keep your child or children in the bedroom or supervise at all times.

To maintain the privacy of both the host and the guests, laundry room will not be use by the host if the guest stays less than a week of stay. If the guest(s) stays longer, host will notify the guest the usage of the laundry room.

With the private outdoor patio, outdoor camping stove, and firepit - It feels like you are camping, but with extreme comfort. Guest(s) is welcome to roam in the yard and stay in either firepit or the japanese deck. Both areas are great relaxing place to hang out as you listen to birds singing, winds blowing, and squirrels playing.

We would like to invite guests to come join us at the firepit on nights when weather is nice and lovely. Smores on us! :)
