Such a nice place, convenient location for our needs, clean very nicely decorated. Owner was great to communicate with, making process easy which made the stay pleasant and fun. Relaxing feeling, quite neighborhood area and we plan to return next year.

Great communication from the host. Willing to accommodate with two vehicles at the location. Offered lots of information for things to do and places to go to make it a fun weekend. Only issue was for some reason the bathroom door was now a barn door which still opened enough others could see you

Thank you as well for bringing up the bathroom door. For context, all of our doorways are 36 inches wide to support easy wheelchair access. The original bathroom door swung inward and made maneuvering uncomfortable, so we replaced it with a barn-style door to improve accessibility and overall flow. That said, we completely understand the privacy concern created by the small gap, and your feedback is both valid and appreciated. We are actively exploring alternative, wheelchair-safe solutions that maintain accessibility while also improving visual privacy. For added privacy in the meantime, the bathroom is located inside the bedroom, so closing the bedroom door before use provides an extra layer of separation. We’re very grateful for your feedback — it helps us continue refining the space for all guests — and we’d truly love the opportunity to host you again in the future. The space was perfect for a short term stay. The guest house is connected and quite close to the house, and we could hear the kids going to school early in the morning, just a heads up. However, we never saw the owners and the property was clean and well taken care of. Another notice - the bathroom door doesn't fully close. It's a sliding door that leaves about 2-3 inches, so make sure you're staying here with people you're close with or you'll need to close the bedroom door for full privacy.

Thanks for staying with us. I’m glad you found the space comfortable for your visit. The bathroom does have a sliding barn door that leaves a small gap, but the adjoining bedroom door closes completely and provides full privacy when needed. We are open to feedback on how to make our guests’ time here even better, and management is having discussions about an aesthetically pleasing extension to the barn door to enhance privacy. The guest house is attached by a deck to the main house, which is occasionally occupied and can include children. The property is kept quiet, clean, and carefully maintained between every stay — with special attention to furniture and shared surfaces to ensure a welcoming space for all guests. The guest house was lovely and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. All the comforts of home. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The only “issues” we encountered was feeling lost every time we left the property. The house is located deep in a neighborhood with lots of turns. That wasn’t a an issue with the property but navigation. Our app changed the route in and out every time we went out. There’s grocery stores, fast food and restaurants nearby.

Guest house was clean, only issue I must say that I had was with the property manager , I was accused of stealing Uno cards that were never there upon arrival , and after insuring him once again that they weren’t stolen by me he still proceeded on accusing me , also they look through there garbage cans outside and look through the trash you up in there, was also accused of smoking in the property because they found a tobacco wrapper product in house , in house rules it state that it’s okay to smoke outside away from doors and windows and I was in the backyard smoking near the trampoline not one time did I ever smoke in the house, if you choose to rent from him please be cautious and take pictures incase your accused of anything!

This stay disregarded multiple house rules, including smoking indoors, which caused both carpet and smoke damage that required extensive cleaning. Staff also had to remove drug paraphernalia, including digital scales and THC product packaging. We maintain strict rules to protect our property and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests.
