With its open dining and common areas, the home truly brings people together! This home has been outfitted to sleep 6, with enough space and function for up to 6 people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them. Remote workers and students can utilize our high speed internet from around the house.
Internet Speed: 100 mbps dedicated fiber
Relax in the open and inviting living room with comfortable seating and a smart tv. We have provided a couch cover for the leather couch. We ask that if you have a pet, please use the cover when staying with us so we can keep it clean! You can find this in the living room closet or already placed on the couch.
Preparing a tasty meal has never been more fun in this kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils. The open floor plan allows you to interact with everyone in the living room without missing a beat. Then enjoy meals at the kitchen table.

Comfortably enjoy our three cozy bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and includes a private bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a King bed and has a TV. The third bedroom offers additional sleeping arrangements including two twin beds.
Fresh towels and linens are provided for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; a hairdryer is available in the property as well.

Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. 3-4 parking spaces are available in the driveway.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

Nestled between Charlotte Douglas Airport and Uptown Charlotte, our residence is an ideal choice for visitors exploring the vibrant city of Charlotte.
Clanton Park is less than 4 miles away and is a 77-acre urban park in the West Boulevard neighborhood. It features playgrounds, fields for soccer and softball, basketball courts, picnic shelters, and a gazebo.

CLT Airport 4 miles | 7 minutes
South End 3 miles | 8 minutes
Noda 8 miles | 15-20 minutes
South Park 8.5 miles | 15-20 minutes

This home is just a quick drive to all that uptown Charlotte has to offer. There are plenty of Ubers available at this location. There is also a bus stop not far from the property.

**House Rules**
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.
Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.
Access to the Home:
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked ownerâs closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Pets:
Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.
Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.
Parking Policy:
Parking is available in the driveway, on the street, and in the garage (up to six cars). No garage remotes are provided; use the wall remote inside the garage. Close the garage door and lock the house when leaving.
Driving or parking on the lawn is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside on the deck and in the backyard. Properly dispose of all remnants outside. A $500 fee will be charged if smoke or remnants are found inside.
Damages:
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.
Trash:
All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional of $75 per bag.
Internet Usage:
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Interaction with Guests:
