Enjoy this 2 bedroom townhome just minutes from downtown Charlotte and Bojangles Arena. Located in the Plaza/Midwood. Queen pillow top bed in both rooms and 3- 55 inch Roku TVs. Enjoy a nice walk to Optimist Park and Optimist Hall. Lots of restaurants in the area.
Shannon was awesome the house was clean and had everything we needed. I even extended twice while I was here and Shannon was so helpful and understanding into why I wanted to extend. I definitely recommend 10/10
A great 2 story unit in a small development just minutes from NoDa. Tvs in both upstairs queen bedrooms and another downstairs. It was very clean and we felt safe and loved parking right outside. Would stay again when in Charlotte.
Location, location, location! Right near many great areas of Charlotte, including coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance! Owners were very responsive, and we loved our stay! Thanks so much! We will likely rent this one again!
We were in town for the weekend, and were happy to find this property! Clean and inviting! Much better than staying in a hotel like we had originally planned! Definitely recommend!
I noticed that many of the reviews for this property praised its cleanliness, which made our experience all the more surprising. The host was kind enough to allow us an early check-in, and we arrived right at the designated time. Unfortunately, we were immediately struck by how unclean the home was.Pressed for time due to an important appointment, we quickly unloaded our belongings and left, assuming we might be able to address the cleanliness ourselves later. At first, we considered purchasing our own linens and cleaning the property, but upon returning and taking a closer look, we realized the condition of the home required far more effort than we anticipated. With limited time and resources, we ultimately made the difficult decision to find alternate accommodations for our week-long stay in Charlotte. We ended up booking a hotel at the last minute, which significantly increased our expenses. We chose not to reach out to the host to resolve the issue, as bringing the home up to acceptable standards would have required more time and energy than we could afford to spend away from our son and our commitments. As parents to a child with special needs, the condition of the homeâand the unexpected financial burden it causedâleft us deeply disappointed.
