For outdoor enthusiasts, a kayak launch area is also nearby, ensuring endless water adventures.

Step inside our elegantly appointed home, where every detail has been carefully designed for your relaxation and enjoyment. The expansive living space is perfect for family gatherings and features a host of entertainment options, from foosball and mini pool tables to darts and cornhole, making it impossible to be bored.



Heated Pool & Outdoor Delights



The highlight of your stay is our oversized heated pool, enclosed in a large screened cage that allows you to enjoy the Florida sunshine while keeping pesky insects at bay. In the evening, bask in the ambient glow of outdoor lights while watching your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. The backyard is fully fenced. Please note there is an extra charge of $30 per night to heat the pool, please ask us for more details.

While our property is not directly on the water, it's incredibly close, offering you the best of both worlds. Spend your days exploring Marco Island's pristine beaches, only about a 10-minute drive away. With two complimentary kayaks at your disposal, you can also paddle your way through the mangrove-lined waterways, connecting with nature at its finest. Bikes are also available for exploring, and we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, pool floats and a pack-n-play.



Four-Car Garage and All the Comforts (3 cars max as per city regulations, please obtain approval if you have more than 3 cars)



For those traveling with a group or looking for extra storage space, our four-car garage provides ample room for your vehicles and beach gear. The four bedrooms offer cozy sanctuaries for a restful night's sleep, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary adventures.
