Lovely Land Park Cottage

Nestled in the beautiful, quiet and charming neighborhood of Land Park, Sacramento, our fully detached guesthouse offers the best of everything. We are directly across from Land Park and great dining of all varieties and local coffee roasters are short drives away. Downtown, the Capital, Midtown, the Golden One Center, the waterfront, and Old Sacramento are a quick ride share or Jump Bike ride away. Recently renovated, our well-equipped studio apartment guest house is at the back of a quiet property with access to the back patio and pool/spa areas.

This space has everything you need for a weekend, a week, or a longer stay, including mini-split heat and air conditioning, in-suite washer and dryer, marble counter tops, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stainless-steel appliances. The bathroom is modern and includes full glass shower and plenty of lighting.

The Queen poster bed is extremely comfortable, with fine linens and comfortable bedding. A smart TV, including Apple TV, and Denon music streaming system with indoor and outdoor speakers will make your stay fully enjoyable.

The kitchen is fully loaded—a full size range, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator and stacking washer/dryer. It is also fully provisioned you to make meals of your choice. We are within just a few miles of many of Sacramento's best eateries, coffee shops, brew pubs and wine bars, and can provide recommendations on request.
