This unit is located on the third floor. There is stairs and elevator access. You will be provided with 2 parking passes from Oceans Edge Vacations which will be in the unit upon arrival. There is plenty of parking as it is not assigned. Located near some of Ocean City's top dining spots such as, Dumsers Dairyland, The Crabcake Factory, The Crab Bag and more!
Other Things to Note:
A valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify identity, confirm age, and finalize your booking. Access to the property will not be granted until verification is completed.
A rental agreement must be signed prior to your stay.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for incidentals, damages, or policy violations.
Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests or parties are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10PM-9AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in fines or immediate removal from the property without refund.
This property may be equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and verification purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.
This home is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only. These devices do not record conversations or audio.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
No pets allowed unless explicitly approved. Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges.
