The perfect base camp for your stay in Revelstoke, where the land offers a four season playground. This cozy condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 queen sofa bed.
Located in the new Mackenzie Plaza, this modern suite sleeps 5 guests. Enjoy the open concept living and dining area and relax on the deck in the hot tub to end the day off right. Underground parking ensures you never have to scrape the snow off your car in the winter months, and AC keeps the whole place cool in the summer.
Powder Paradise provides in-person guest check-in.
Mackenzie Plaza is centrally located, only a 5 minute drive from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Downtown Revelstoke. Enjoy easy access to town on the designated bike paths or walk to the nearby shuttle stop and catch a ride.
The Revelstoke Resort Shuttle stops at MacKenzie Plaza and runs year round. MacKenzie Plaza is also on BC Transit Route 5. Visit their website for the current schedule and fare information.
Powder Paradise provides access to the property via a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.
Powder Paradise has two bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 king bed. The living room features a queen sized sofa bed, lounge seating, and a smart TV. Two full bathrooms allows for everyone to have ample space, and the unit also has a washer and dryer making long trips more feasible. The open concept dining area and well-stocked kitchen is great for cooking and hanging out after a long day of adventuring. The spacious patio has an outdoor dining area and a brand new full size hot tub.
HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- you will be in the third building on the left, Building 3, Unit 3210
HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the second exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
-you will be in the third building on the left, Building 3, Unit 3210
Parking: This property comes with 1 reserved underground parking stall (8'4" clearance). The strata does not permit RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks in the parking garage. There is some street parking available for additional vehicles. Note that the ground level parking lot is reserved for customers of the plaza shops, and the Strata may tow vehicles in this lot overnight.
There is a shovel on the deck for snow removal.
Please note there is some development work being done on the retail buildings at MacKenzie Plaza, please do adequate research before booking.
