Mackenzie Village Condo with Private Hot Tub

Amenities: Private outdoor hot tub, secure private garage for gear storage/smaller vehicles, private outdoor patio, barbeque grill, electric fireplace, heated bathroom floors, washer/dryer, additional basement gear storage, private entrance.

Condo Layout: Master bedroom and second bedroom both have king beds. These can be split into two twins (please contact us at least 72 hours prior to check in to request this). There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The unit has one full bathroom.

** please note this condo is split across multiple levels**

Parking: There is designated parking for one regular sized vehicle in the private garage. Garage clearance is approximately 7'3" in height, and 7'6" width. Large SUV's and Trucks will need to park in the outdoor visitor parking which is available on a first come first serve basis. Trailer parking is strictly prohibited in the complex. If you need additional parking for trailers or other vehicles, please contact one of our knowledgeable team members to assist you.

Bike/gear storage: There is a private garage which can be used to store gear, vehicle, or both (space permitting). The unit also has an allocated storage room in the basement of the complex which can be used to store bikes, skis/boards, boots, golf clubs, etc...


Experience this beautifully, newly remodeled, well-appointed 2 bedroom condo in a brand new Mackenzie Village complex located close to the world class Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Cozy up by the fire in the open and spacious living area, or sit out on your private balcony complete with private outdoor hot tub and soak up the mountain views. The Rendezview is perfect for small families or groups of friends looking to escape to Revelstoke. Each of the two bedrooms offer a king sized bed that can be converted to two twins upon request.

The open floorplan is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating throughout. The open concept kitchen looks out to the living room and patio creating a wonderful social atmosphere and is fully equipped to make any meal you desire. Sit back and enjoy your feast around the comfortable dining room table that seats six.

Amenities at this residence include a private hot tub, garage parking, electric fireplace, heated floors, Free WIFI, full kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, and a washer/ dryer.

Easy 5 minute access to skiing and convenient location with good little grocer and quality wine shop within walking distance. Also spin class and pilates for a diversion. Trade for those conveniences a 10 minute drive into town. Parking space quite tight. Everything else as expected for a modern condo complex. Appreciated the hot tub and bbq.

Great access to the hill

The McKenzie property is set perfectly between the mountain and downtown Revelstoke. The condo had everything we needed to cook, relax and catch some sleep.

Great Location

My wife and I stayed at this property while visiting our son for a week, it was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is close to the ski resort, biking trails and an easy walk to downtown. The management team were helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly. I would highly recommend this location

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place itself was very clean, bright and exactly as pictured. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and blankets. 10/10!

Nice place

Nice condo, close to Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Appreciated that the beds could be split into 4. Hot tub was a nice size. Condo was a little smaller than anticipated, but it worked for our ski trip. Parking in this area is tight. The attached garage, as noted in the description is very tight. It would be nice if there was more on street parking.

Nice Spot

Quiet spot near Williamson’s Lake and the Alpine Resort. It’s a completely new build, so easy to keep clean. Parking is only goi g to get trickier for anyone with a vehicle larger than a compact car, though, as the garages are small, there is no street parking, and there are very few visitor spaces.

Wonderful week in Revelstoke

This condo is as advertised. It has all the comforts of home including a well appointed kitchen and plenty of household products. The garage is definitely a tight fit but the Ford Explorer we rented fit just fine. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a long day on the slopes. Appreciated the towels that were provided. Would book again without hesitation.

The space was fine; though getting a bit run-down. Nothing major, just the usual wear and tear. The biggest issue was the bathroom fan that never stopped running (loud and next to the bedroom), and the lack of parking. There are not enough parking spots for all of the rentals, so it is first come first served. As a result, you spend a lot of time keeping an eye on the parking lot to snag a vacant spot as soon as someone leaves for supper.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo. Batteries died in smoke detector at 1am. 24/7 service didn’t respond. Had to drive into town T 2am &buy batteries.. Felt there should have been some type of compensation. None given to this point.

Revelstoke stay

We stopped in Revelstoke for 5 days on return from a longer trip. Love the area and lots to do. Condo well laid out but showing signs of use like chipped dishes and damaged furniture. There is a good sized BBQ and a patio table but not much space for lounging other than in the hot tub. This unit had no AC which I don't think we realized at the time of booking and not much airflow as some of the windows in the suite do not open limiting airflow..

Great spot, just as advertized.

Perfect place for our needs. Everything was clean and functional. More comfortable that expected for 6 adults. The kitchen was well-stocked, the patio with barbecue and hot tub were perfect. Super convenient location: 5 minutes from the mountain, 5 minutes from town. We were there on a holiday weekend, and parking was a daily challenge for two vehicles. The garage was great (midsize SUV fit just fine), but visitor spots were full the majority of the time. We certainly made due, and the host warned us about this, but finding parking was something we had to navigate on a daily basis.

Recent get away

Indoor space was clean. My largest criticism is around the limited kitchen supplies. Only 6 plates, 5 bowls. No large pot for cooking pasta etc. Hot tub was also not clean

4 day stay in Revelstoke

What a lovely place! Perfect for my family of four. It was just as described. Comfortable beds, and couch. Hot tube worked great. The directions to get there were great. Easy to find. We would stay here again! My only small issue, was that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes well. So I would have to hand wash dishes to remove the little bits of stuck on food. Had to wash the dishes before we used anything when we arrived. Could be the all natural dishwasher tablets? Not sure. But mild problem.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed here for three nights. The beds are comfortable. The place was very clean. It’s a relatively new unit and this shows. A little bit of noise transmission from upstairs, if there were heavy footed people up there this could be a problem. Parking could be problematic for anyone with two vehicles, since there is a very tight garage [our RAV4 barely fit] and otherwise one is reliant on the availability of a visitor space for a second vehicle. Visitor spaces were not always available when we were there. I suspect this would be even more of a problem in the winter season. If you know what you are getting, this would be an excellent location for access to the ski resort, and is really not far from the center of Revelstoke. We walked there one morning, about 4 km to a breakfast spot beyond the center of town.

Revelstoke Ski Vacation

Great little setup, only minutes from the base of Revelstoke Resort. Easy access, very clean. Could've used a broom, a large pot for cooking pasta etc..., and an additional set of towels (only 1/person) for use after the hot tub. Other than those items, it was a great 4 day get-away.
