The Space:
Welcome to our newly renovated 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom historic home located in a prime location just 3.5 miles away from Beale Street and seconds away from grocery stores.

Upstairs, you'll find two luxurious bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a Smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there is a half bathroom conveniently located upstairs.

On the lower level, you'll find two more spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and another cozy king-sized bed. Finally, there is a full over full bunk room with a Smart TV, perfect for accommodating larger groups or families. A full bathroom is also available in the hallway for your convenience.

Entertainment options abound here! Challenge your friends and family to a game of shuffleboard or show off your skills at the pool table, which conveniently doubles as a dining room table. The fenced-in yard provides privacy and a safe play area for children, as well as a nice putting green and large outdoor sectional for hanging out. Gather around the fire pit in the evenings for cozy conversations after some burgers on the propane BBQ grill.

Parking- There is driveway parking for 2 cars and ample street parking
Pets- Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay (up to 2 dogs allowed). You must let us know if you plan on bringing a dog as we perform a deep clean after each guest who had a dog for the safety of future guests. Your dog must be crate trained, taken out to the bathroom regularly, and owner must clean up after their dog.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owners closet) via keypad entry.

We are pet friendly! Pets are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included/max.
Absolutely no parties- Grounds for termination
Guest count at the house must be 12 max at any point and time, including daytime guests.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
