There are all the basics plus so much more: Keurig & Nespresso coffee makers, French press, waffle maker, large food processor, George Forman grill, crock pot, rice cooker, electric skillet, etc. The 6' island is a fun place to gather and enjoy time with friends.
A cathedral ceiling, two 6' fans, fireplace, large curved screen TV and lots of seating, make the bonus room a perfect place to kick back.

Manhattan Beach
Picturesque and laid back Manhattan Beach has one of the top beaches in California with over 2 miles of wide ocean frontage and 115 acres of sandy beach. It is the home of beach volleyball, excellent surfing & incredible sunsets and a small town feel. It has chic boutique shopping, award winning restaurants and chefs & mouth-watering dining options steps from the beach.
Pollywog Park
Pollywog Park, the largest park in the South Bay, is a 5 minute walk. It has a large newly renovated vibrant play area, an amphitheater that has fun free summer concerts and an adult workout area

The Neighborhood
The home is in a beautiful, safe and friendly neighborhood. You can park in the driveway or in the spaces in front of the house . It is a 5 minute drive to the beach with its many shops and just a few minutes walk to Trader Joe's.
Getting Around
Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Manhattan Beach with easy access from the highway & LAX airport. Walking distance to Trader Joe's & many other shops, stores & restaurants. Jump on one of the bikes for an easy ride to the beach! Pollywog park, the largest park in the South Bay, is a five minute walk. It has a large duck pond, a beautiful new playground, an exercise area and live concerts on Sundays in the summer.
Parking can be scarce close to the beach. There is a driveway space and plenty of parking in front of the house or on the street. It is an easy walk or a quick Uber ride to the beach.
Uber or Lyft are fast and inexpensive ways to get around the area. We are less than 15 min from LAX and 5 minutes from the metro.
