Was a great place for those on the go, had a small kitchen and large bed. Itâs in the middle of a nice neighborhood and many restaurants and and grocery stores within walking distance.
It was just my wife and I for a few nights, so this place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, but really close to all you need with shops, coffee, restaurants, parks, etcâŠ
Check in and out was easy!
Would definitely stay here again.
Very clean. Laundromat and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed. Fence was just adequate for our 47 pound dog. Small and well kept. Great for morning ski and late afternoon beer and dinner.
Cute cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you choose to eat in the kitchen would accommodate cooking a meal. I would stay here again.
Compact and clean, had what we needed and in walking distance of everything. Love this spot, warm patio sun in late May mornings is a plus. Will return.
My son and I stayed in Little Lava Mother's Day weekend and really enjoyed it. The location can't be beat - it's an easy walk to downtown Bend (which we made several times!). Everything you need is there, the place was clean and comfortable.
The cottage was very centrally located and we could walk anywhere easily in downtown Bend. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and neat. It has a very well-equipped kitchen and there were plenty of towels. Great place to stay!
Great little place in an excellent location. It was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a life saver during the hot summer days and the small yard was nice for morning coffee. We were very comfortable. Definitely recommend.
Perfect little getaway location for a couple. Loved having a fence yard for dog and walking distance to downtown was perfect. The only thing I wasnât too happy with was the comfort of the bed. Other than that, it was great.
The property is within walking distance of the downtown area. The McMenamins Pub breakfast was amazing and just a stones throw from the studio. The studio was perfect size for those on the go.
We could walk to downtown, and bike to anything else. Great Location! We loved the house too, everything you need, plus the outdoor table was our favorite spot, would eat breakfast and dinners, or pre dinner drinks with friends. Highly recommend!
I loved everything about this little house. A dedicated parking spot in the back was so great for loading and unloading. The location was perfect for me as a first-timer to Bend, and the neighborhood was so quiet! (I'm a light sleeper, so this was amazing) I definitely will be back!
If you want to show up park your car and walk everywhere this is the place is the place. We donât spend a lot of time in our accommodations usually but this place is a perfect location for a pit stop through out the day. I would highly recommend it to any couple on a weekend trip.
Small, but well-appointment home. Comfy king bed. Easy walking to everything. Only complaint is that there was no separate recycling container in the house, despite a lot of information on how to recycle.
We had the best time here! The property was perfect for our needs, well appointed, and perfectly situated in town. We parked the car and didnât get back in it until it was time to leave; such a walkable spot! When we needed a new hairdryer, they exchanged incredibly fast. Could not recommend this spot anymore! We loved sitting out on the patio and weâll definitely be back!
Outstanding location- best we have ever had in Bend. The house was compact but had everything we needed to have a great time. Very good communication with the property managers. They were extremely responsive. Highly recommended!
A snow storm dropped 2 feet of snow while I stayed at the little lava cottage I was as snug as a bug in a rug!! Actually so comfy it was hard to get out and explore Bend! Just the right size with everything I needed and the bed was very comfy!
Very clean and management has thought of lots of extra little details that were nice touches. We did not cook but the kitchen had everything you needed and was very well stocked. The bed is large and comfortable. The location is fantastic, you can walk most places but the bikes are useful (though getting a little old) we did not use our car all weekend. Thank you for a great stay, we would come again and would highly recommend the cottage to friends and family.
Security light not working so had to use phone to light up keypad. Only had one washcloth. Living room didnât have enough lights to read after dark. Replace the rug runners, had been peed on so our dog never settled in. The location is perfect to old downtown. Nice to have a fenced yard. Kitchen was easy to use., not cramped.
We appreciated how close to all the shops and restaurants in Old Bend this cottage was. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfy. The only drawback is that the shower is small, but the water pressure was decent, so it was fine for us. Being able to bring our dog was wonderful, especially since Bend has so many great dog-walking trails. Also, we enjoyed getting to see a indie rock show with no cover across the street at McMenamin's on our last night in town.
