EagleVail’s “West Park” is directly adjacent to this home with one of the valley’s best sledding hills in the winter. In the summer, enjoy West Park’s grass fields, playground, basketball court, and sand volleyball court (and yes, we love playing all sports and are happy to share our sleds, balls, and paddles with you that are stocked in the garage!).
Other nearby places that can be easily accessed by car or bike include: town of Avon restaurants, Westin Riverfront, EagleVail pool, 18 hole golf course, par 3 golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and Nottingham Lake.
For indoor fun, visit the nearby Avon Recreation Center where families of all ages can enjoy the large indoor heated swimming pool, hot tubs, lazy river, kids splash area, water slide, climbing wall over pool, yoga, and fitness center.
The master suite is located on the main floor with high ceilings and large windows facing the mountainside that bring in beautiful natural light. Enjoy the comfort of a spacious ensuite master bathroom with radiant in-floor heating and a large double vanity and walk-in shower.
The upper level of the home has a 2nd master with a king bed, workspace with a stand-up desk, and walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and beautiful windows facing an Aspen grove canopy. Both upstairs bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom.
The 4th bedroom is a large bunk room and is a family favorite with beds for 6, play area with toys, books, bean bag chairs for lounging, a "Nugget" play couch, and a 75” TV to keep kids entertained in their own fun space.

Pets: We love furry friends, however, we are unfortunately unable to allow pets in our home due to a family member with allergies. Thank you for your understanding.
Noise and Parties: This is a family friendly neighborhood with many full time residents. Guests will need to strictly follow the HOA’s policy of no noise after 10pm. Parties are not allowed in order to respect our duplex neighbors and surrounding homes.
