Great condo in Beaver Creek in the Beaver Creek Resort gated area!
If you are looking for a comfortable mountain setting condo, this is it! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The 4 bedrooms allow for a great separation with each one having a bathroom. We will be returning!! Great place!!
Our family of skiers boarders enjoyed all the amenities of Ridgepoint. Clean house, cozy fireplace, comfy beds, cook ready kitchen, Ski locker. The shuttle service gives the whole family freedom. Hot tub nearby. Thank you for a great vacation
We couldnât be happier we stayed with a family of five twins who were 10 years old, a 13 year-old my husband and I and two sets of grandparents and had plenty of space. The tennis courts right outside the unit were a ton of fun we made up our own volleyball game out there that we played every night. The pool in hot tub was great to relax in in the evening. The resort itself is beautiful great hiking close to everything. The kitchen is fully stopped with anything you could ever need to cook with which is nice compared to a lot of other VRBOâs. We have stayed at the loft upstairs did get a little warm and the light switches are a little wonky. Some of them donât make sense where theyâre at which is just fine. I guess you could turn it into a game to try and figure out who can shut off the light first overall beautiful property wonderful management would absolutely stay again and tell others.
Very spacious townhome, enough bathrooms and places to sleep. Nice neighborhood for walking and close to restaurants/shops.
Bathrooms need to be recaulked and tile treated for mold.
This is a spacious townhome with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend it! Also, the owners weee very responsive e when we had questions or needed assistance.
This place was nice! We had all that we needed for the most part. A couple of the humidifiers didnât work but we managed. The location was really nice! Short walk to the slopes. Communication with the property manager wasnât great. We had a few couple of small issues and tried to get in touch with them and the office at the complex but there was no answer so we figured things out on our own and we were fine. The shuttle service is amazing!
Only one of the burners in the kitchen works. The pillows and mattresses are old and not comfortable. The bedding needs to be updated to something more sanitary that is all washable. The room closest to the front door has terrible insulation and was very cold no matter how high the heat was set. The kitchen was well supplied and the living room is very cozy.
Great place, great location, processes need some help.
The place and location were EXACTLY what we wanted in a mountain ski house for multiple families coming together to ski and hang out. The process for booking and check out could use some streamlining, however. We received multiple emails after booking for confirmation, contract signing, etc - none of which had any helpful information. Prior to check in we then received âarrival instructionsâ that were scant without any mention of number of parking spots leaving us to make a lot of guesses. Finally, there were ZERO instructions for check out. In fact the cleaners arrived at 9am and informed us check out was at 10am (then again at 9:45) - causing us to scramble. Iâm still not sure if we did everything right but did our best to clean up, take out trash, pile towels, etc. With a few tweaks, this listing would be top notch.
Our family of eight adults (three married couples and two bachelor brothers) and an infant stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, 2024. The condo was exactly the type of space to give each couple their personal space and the brothers shared the bunk bedroom. The kitchen and living space allowed us all to meet together and play games or watch TV/movies. There was not a lot to do at this time of year in Colorado, but we enjoyed spending time together as a family in the condo, playing board games that we brought along, taking walks on trails around the condo and cooking together. We used the hot tub but did not see anyone using the pool because it was only 50-69 degrees while we were there. The free shuttle service was amazing! We had our own cars (because the property was not full, and there were plenty of visitor parking spaces at this time of year), but the shuttle service was able to pick us up as quickly as we could get out the door in just three and four minutes! That saved us from having to park at Beaver Creek Village, we just got off the shuttle and walked around. Even though nothing was open (no gondola, no scenic drives, no alpine slides, high-elevation trails were still muddy or had snow), we all agreed that this property was a perfect place to meet up and spend time together, and we all want to do it again sometime. I highly recommend this property.
I want to first start by saying we had a wonderful stay and some of the items may just be nit-picking at this point. My family came up to celebrate my sisters 40th birthday, we rented 3 properties total in the community so that we were all semi close together.
This one was the least clean out of all of them, lots of spider webs throughout- 1. I understand it is in the Mountains, and who knows the last time it was rented, but the home could really use a deep clean. There was hair caked on the stairs, like they hadn't been vacuumed in months- although the hair blended in with the carpet. I might not have noticed, had I not dropped an earring on the stair.
The kitchen was decently stocked but we couldn't find a simple hot pad to remove trays out of the oven. Luckily we had other properties we could borrow them from or the kitchen towels would have been destroyed.
We made due between the 3 houses we had in regards to everything we needed and I thank you for allowing us to stay. Such a beautiful community! I hope they were able to get the pool heater fixed, even in the middle of June, man was it chilly!
If you get the chance to go rent a pedal boat or paddle board at the little lake they have right down the road, do it! Totally worth the money!
Also, if you are even slightly active, go for a hike, the views are to die for!
We enjoyed our stay at this home. The Pros: Quiet, comfortable, walk to a trail to a lift, convenient bus on call to Beaver Creek (we didn't use the app). Cons: Expensive for the area, lacking essentials like soap for the showers. We would rent again if it was less expensive. We found a similar home in the neighborhood for the same time next year for $1000 less for just 3 nights.
This townhouse was perfect for our group of 8. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. This place offers tons of space to spread out. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The openness of the kitchen to the living room offered up a great space for us all to hang out together. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The walk to the catwalk to catch the ski lift was very easy. Now that same cat walk coming home in the afternoons is very difficult for snowboarders. But that is NOT the fault of the townhouse owners. Just the way the catwalk is. We still made the catwalk our main way to and from the mountain for skiing. The bus service is top notch. Picked up right at the front door of the townhouse and dropped off as close as possible to your location of choice. The location of the townhouse is great. Super easy to the mountain/village area for eats/drinks/shopping and activities but away from all the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Beautiful unit. We had Thanksgiving with our family. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook plenty of silverware plates glasses. Also just a 2 mile walk to the mountain Comfortable beds. Could use a smart TV. If you want to stream bring a Roku or firestick
Large vacation home. We stayed in summer so didn't take advantage of the ski amenities but we appreciated the proximity to Avon town center. The layout is a bit odd but it worked ok for us. There is one main suite on the upper level and all of the rest of the bedrooms are in the basement. The main floor is a large living/dining room and kitchen.
My group and I had the most wonderful stay in this rental. I do not have enough great things to say about it: it very comfortably slept our group with plenty of room, clean and beautiful property, transportation was very easy (picked us up at the door), close to the slopes, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient location close to everything, and only a short shuttle ride over from Beaver Creek. I can not wait to re-book this lovely stay next year for our annual trip!
