Près de bord de mer maison unifamiliale avec une vue imprenable

Presque face à l'océan avec de superbes vues sur l'océan depuis ce spacieux porche enveloppant! Situé à seulement un lot de la plage, ce cottage unifamilial avec 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain a été conçu par un architecte associé de Frank Lloyd Wright. Il présente une construction en bois unique sur la plage. La maison Cardwell est située à la pointe nord de Wrightsville Beach, sur un chemin privé sans parking public. Vous aurez l’impression que vous avez la plage pour vous!

Le niveau principal comprend un grand salon-salle à manger avec un plafond cathédrale et un design en verre afin de laisser suffisamment de lumière naturelle et de mettre en valeur les vues pittoresques. La cuisine et les salles de bains ont été légèrement rénovées et de nouveaux luminaires, de la peinture fraîche, des œuvres d'art mises à jour, de nouveaux rideaux et des carpettes ont été ajoutés dans tout l'établissement. Juste à côté de la cuisine se trouve une petite chambre, une salle d'eau et une laverie. La chambre principale avec salle de bain complète et chambre avec salle de bain sont également à ce niveau. Un escalier en colimaçon mène au dernier étage où se trouvent les 3 chambres supplémentaires et une autre salle de bain complète. Deux chambres donnent sur le salon ci-dessous et la troisième chambre située au dernier étage est accessible par la chambre queen, idéale pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants.

Le système CVC a été nettoyé, réglé et scellé pour la saison de location 2019. Les mises à jour de ce système ont presque doublé et augmenté l'efficacité du refroidissement de manière significative. Beaucoup de stationnement. Douche extérieure. Occupation: 11. Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. There's a bunk bed and 1/2 bath in the mud room which lets it act as a 6th bedroom.

Great for families, had lovely bike trips to local eateries; the ocean/beach here is simplu spectacular, can't be beat!! The spiral staircase is a bit steep for toddlers, but first floor bedrooms were dandy, walkouts abound.

This is our familes favorite- this hear was our 4th time at the beach house. You can't beat the location on the quiet end of the beach- lots if privacy. The deck and views are amazing . They updated the house and it really now has thae beach cottage feel . The kitchen is huge -We are already booked for next year !

Upstairs bedroom TV did not work. The grill was so filthy it would get hotter than 300 degrees. I had spoken to Morgan on Aug 10th to make sure the grill had propane which it did. As a result, the grill was useless. We ended up cooking my birthday meal on the stove:((( Broken window blinds upstairs.

Thank you for your feedback on the Cardwell property, Courtenay. We wish you would have made us aware of any maintenance issues prior to checking out, as we could have quickly resolved them. After you checked out, the owner replaced the shower head in the bathroom as well as the outdoor shower head and we are happy to say they are both working wonderfully. We never got any reports that the grill was not clean, but had you made us aware we could have sent the housekeeper back to fix it. There might be multiple typos in your review, are you saying there was no propane? If so, again, that would be a simple maintenance call to replace as we keep spares right down the road at the office. Regardless, the owner has replaced the grill and made sure there was propane available. If you stay with us again, please know we have staff on call 24/7 to address any issues that arise during your stay and encourage you to call us in that case. Cardwell is a wonderful property, and the owner has done some significant upgrades before summer including new flooring, furniture, and décor throughout. They have also simplified the system operations for the televisions as they care a great deal about their guests’ experiences and strive to continually improve their home in ways that create conveniences for vacationers. Cardwell is also just steps from the beach access and has plenty of deck space to enjoy the view! Hope you will consider our local company for your next vacation - take care!

Excellent Location

The house is a bit dated but is a perfect beach cottage. The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough bedrooms for our group. Property manager communicated very well. I'm giving it a 4-star overall because it does need a little tender loving care. Stove did not work well and some of the furniture seemed to be falling apart.

Our understanding from the pest control company is that the open field that surrounds the home has fleas which unfortunately has the ability to impact renters, but we are working to create a permanent remedy for this issue. Vacation was much fun and the beach was beautiful. Air unit was an issue not cooling the place, Bryant responded quickly however. In the end we would use Bryant again but not stay at this location.

Great Loacation

Reviewer Comments: We have rented Cardwell in the past and the view and location to the beach never disappoint.Unfortunately the mechanics in the house did.There has always been an issue with the air in the home-especially upstairs, but this year it stopped completely . The temo in the house went uo to 89. Maintenace was called and di come timely and did what they could and retuned to see if they could do more. The house cooled to 80. There is never any air really circulating frim the vents - the vents are cold-but no forced air coming out. The nights even before the air went were warm and uncomfortable.I did submit a complaint and di not hear back.SO- great view- beach access....but be ready for warm nights inside. They definitely need to update the entire air unit. It is a lot to spend and be uncomfortable-I can't recommend to friends until the air is fixed

Brian - thank you for your feedback. We offer a variety of homes on across three beaches. Some of our homes equate to more of a luxury villa, while others are more budget minded. This home in questions is all about the location for an active family that wants a quiet street on a budget. This is a private street, which means there is no public parking enabling parents peace of mind with children walking to and from the beach. And the home offers expansive wrap around porches with ocean views. We apologize that you did not enjoy the accommodations. Hello and thank you for the review! We have been by the property and inspected the railings. We can confirm that it is worn, but is indeed safe! However, we took your feedback to the owner, who is always willing to go the extra mile, and we are excited to report that we are in the process of getting a contractor to upgrade the railings for future tenants. We will try to complete the work during the summer of 2017, but it may have to wait until the fall. Regardless, the work will completed in short order and we look forward to hosting you again in the near future!

Awesome Beach House

House was in the perfect location, super close to the beach, not crowded with neighbors. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Great FAmily Vacation Home

The kitchen is updated with anything you need.The deocorating and furnishings are relaxed cottage style. The view and deck are worth every penny! Wrap around deck offers shade and a great breeze anytime of day. The ocean view is beautiful. Short walk to the beach on a path. The beach is your own-very private and quiet, but a short walk will get you to the pier and and actiivy. Will rent this house again!
