Carolina Beach est situé sur la pointe sud de la Caroline du Nord, sur la pittoresque Pleasure Island. Cette plage de la famille est parfaite pour le surf, la pêche et la collecte des coquillages. William & Mary est un 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain, en bord de mer complexe condo Carolina Beach, parfait pour une famille de 7.

Le salon et la cuisine sont en bord de mer, tandis que les deux chambres sont côté rue. Asseoir dehors et obtenir une dose d'air frais sur le pont en bord de mer, idéal pour les repas en plein air et de soleil.
Une promenade de santé privé à la plage et une douche extérieure sont situés à l'arrière du bâtiment. Il est attribué un parking sous le bâtiment pour une voiture et un espace de stationnement supplémentaire est situé en face de la rue. Ceci est un deuxième étage, unité non-fumeurs. Complexe est situé à seulement sept blocs au nord de la zone de promenade dans le centre de Carolina Beach. Vous êtes à pied des commerces, des restaurants et les activités estivales telles que feux d'artifice, manèges et musique live. Quick beach get away

It was a quick get away. Great views and cute place. Only downfall would be that the upstair guests sounded like elephants walking around at all hours of the night and very early morning.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay, we spent every day at the beach, convenient walk to and from the beach. The home was clean, beautiful view of the ocean and the beach, just as described. The kitchen was pretty stocked, we had brought some extras thinking we might need them but ended up not using them! Very satisfied!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and had beautiful ocean views! Kitchen appliances and couch could use an update but didn’t bother us too much. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony!

We had an amazing pre-season stay! Ocean views for days. The condo was immaculate and I think we were the first tenants that benefitted from some off season upgrades. Five stars all around. :)

Mini vacation rivals other vacations

The peace that we felt is indescribable. The rooms were larger than expected. The atmosphere was soothing to the soul. We already want to go back. And this is from folks who usually do not stay anywhere without a pool & elevator. Everything else made up for that. Looking to book again for another weekend next month if schedules permit.

While it is not a new they did a great job with paint and decor. There was a slight smell of smoke. The view is beautiful. It is beach front and just a 60 second walk down to the ocean cannot be beat!

We had a great time! The unit was exactly as described. Location to attractions and beach are excellent. Nice covered parking. Beds were surprising comfortable. Kitchen stocked well nice to have in suite laundry. Fans in bedroom nice touch to drown out noise from street. Deck to walk over to ocean needs some work, this is for the HOA to update but thought i would mention. Water was warm and tropical blue, some of the best surf i have had over a full week. Found towels upon check in. Asked a lady that was in another unit that worked for booking company and she said if you book for 5 days or more they are included. I thought that was a nice touch. TV had plenty of stations, movies, games ect the owner thought of everything. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were delighted to find the rental in great condition, the pictures look great online, but in actuality the property is even nicer. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. I did not see much in the way of bakeware so if you’re planning on bringing a box of brownies, bring an aluminum pan. We’ve stayed on CB a number of times over the year and really appreciated this location more than those we’ve stayed that are further down past the hotels. The beach is less crowded, plenty of space for everyone. The boardwalk area is about a 15 minute walk which is pleasant along the beach with the breeze. Parking costs $5 an hour or $20 a day at the public lots and spaces available near restaurants and other activities. We had no problems with WIFI, appliances, etc. great water pressure in showers. The balcony is worth the price alone.

The place was not clean, roaches and ants on floor and cabinets, had to call maintain to repair sliding glass door, repair shower head, shower faucet repair. Furniture in den OLD and hurt back to sit on it! We heard squeaking bed was a horrible sound for 2 night AND not having an elevator for people who have had hips and knees replaces. WORST RENTAL and rented from Bryant Reality.WE HAVE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND OF $1054.07 IMMEDIATELY.!Jerry/Joyce Deal

Beach Vacation Not my kind of beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carolina beach was a beautiful beach however the overcrowding of houses and condos made for a claustrophobic feel. Also parking in the town area was $5 an hour so going to restuarants and the amusement area was an added expense not expected expense. While the description of our rental indicated everything was close, they were a mile away so walking was not optimal. Beach access was wonderful and ocean views spectacular. Condo could use some updates especially in living room furniture which was very uncomfortable.
