Carolina Beach est situé sur la pointe sud de la Caroline du Nord, sur la pittoresque Pleasure Island. Cette plage de la famille est parfaite pour le surf, la pêche et la collecte des coquillages. William & Mary est un 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain, en bord de mer complexe condo Carolina Beach, parfait pour une famille de 7.

Le salon et la cuisine sont en bord de mer, tandis que les deux chambres sont côté rue. Asseoir dehors et obtenir une dose d'air frais sur le pont en bord de mer, idéal pour les repas en plein air et de soleil.
Une promenade de santé privé à la plage et une douche extérieure sont situés à l'arrière du bâtiment. Il est attribué un parking sous le bâtiment pour une voiture et un espace de stationnement supplémentaire est situé en face de la rue. Ceci est un deuxième étage, unité non-fumeurs. We had a great time. I don’t understand why you can’t leave a parking pass in the condo though instead of going by the office. Other than that it was perfect.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay, we spent every day at the beach, convenient walk to and from the beach. The home was clean, beautiful view of the ocean and the beach, just as described. The kitchen was pretty stocked, we had brought some extras thinking we might need them but ended up not using them! Very satisfied!

We had an amazing pre-season stay! Ocean views for days. The condo was immaculate and I think we were the first tenants that benefitted from some off season upgrades. Five stars all around. :)

Vacation from ****!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst Vacation we have ever had in our 50 yrs of marriage. The place was not clean, roaches and ants on floor and cabinets, had to call maintain to repair sliding glass door, repair shower head, shower faucet repair. Furniture in den OLD and hurt back to sit on it! We heard squeaking bed was a horrible sound for 2 night AND not having an elevator for people who have had hips and knees replaces. WORST RENTAL and rented from Bryant Reality.WE HAVE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND OF $1054.07 IMMEDIATELY.!Jerry/Joyce Deal

Lovely stay at CB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were delighted to find the rental in great condition, the pictures look great online, but in actuality the property is even nicer. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. I did not see much in the way of bakeware so if you’re planning on bringing a box of brownies, bring an aluminum pan. We’ve stayed on CB a number of times over the year and really appreciated this location more than those we’ve stayed that are further down past the hotels. The beach is less crowded, plenty of space for everyone. The boardwalk area is about a 15 minute walk which is pleasant along the beach with the breeze. Parking costs $5 an hour or $20 a day at the public lots and spaces available near restaurants and other activities. We had no problems with WIFI, appliances, etc. great water pressure in showers. The balcony is worth the price alone.

The only complaints are that the beds in the second room are very loud and squeaky and there were a few ants in the kitchen cabinets.

Beach Vacation Not my kind of beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carolina beach was a beautiful beach however the overcrowding of houses and condos made for a claustrophobic feel. Also parking in the town area was $5 an hour so going to restuarants and the amusement area was an added expense not expected expense. While the description of our rental indicated everything was close, they were a mile away so walking was not optimal. Beach access was wonderful and ocean views spectacular. Condo could use some updates especially in living room furniture which was very uncomfortable.

Great condo with plenty of room and beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It truly has everything you could need for a wonderful beach vacation. It could use a little updating, but this didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable. Has a great deck overlooking the ocean and a balcony overlooking the street and other houses.

Great one the beach location

Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice, great location, the number of beds was a plus but... the bunk needs some kind of box spring or wood plank or something to quiet the squeaking. It was so obnoxious, it kept everyone in that room awake as any little movement made for very loud noises.

Mini vacation rivals other vacations

The peace that we felt is indescribable. The rooms were larger than expected. The atmosphere was soothing to the soul. We already want to go back. And this is from folks who usually do not stay anywhere without a pool & elevator. Everything else made up for that. Looking to book again for another weekend next month if schedules permit.

Excellent Location and Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Janssen. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the boardwalk without being in the busier sections of the beach. The views from the deck were wonderful and we spent most of our time out there when we weren’t on the beach. The unit was clean and everyone we talked with at Bryant were kind and helpful. A few things to note:The door sticks and makes it hard to turn the bolt when you are putting in the code. The shower in the hall bathroom is tiny! Obviously not much they can do about this but just something to know if you will have adults also using this shower. The master bedroom gets really warm from the afternoon sun. We kept the vertical blinds closed the whole time but it was easily always 5-10 degrees warmer in there. I would suggest they add some black out curtains to that room to help cut down the heat. Also when the air does turn on it moves the vertical blinds making them click. This was mostly a problem at night as I am a light sleeper and it would wake me up. The chairs on the deck are not very comfortable. Especially if you use them as much as we did. We spent a few hours every night out there and most mornings having breakfast.
