Carolina Beach est situé sur la pointe sud de la Caroline du Nord, sur la pittoresque Pleasure Island. Cette plage de la famille est parfaite pour le surf, la pêche et la collecte des coquillages. William & Mary est un 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain, en bord de mer complexe condo Carolina Beach, parfait pour une famille de 7.

Le salon et la cuisine sont en bord de mer, tandis que les deux chambres sont côté rue. Asseoir dehors et obtenir une dose d'air frais sur le pont en bord de mer, idéal pour les repas en plein air et de soleil.
Une promenade de santé privé à la plage et une douche extérieure sont situés à l'arrière du bâtiment. The bnb was very clean, there were a couple dead bugs here and there but they mentioned pest control was coming so we kind of expected there to be. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and had easy access to the beach. Only downsides were the people upstairs were extremely loud at all times, and parking was kind of tricky given our spot was in the middle of two other people. I would definitely book another stay.

First of all Bryant Real Estate is Great. Smooth as silk check in and excellent communication. The property was very clean, and very efficient for the stay. All of the linens and housewares you would need for a week long stay. The reason for the 3 star rating is, the Owners of the condo below were there, there were Three of Them, and they smoked and coughed on the deck below NON STOP. Not just a cigarette now and then or three times per day but Truly-6am until 9pm-the only break we received was if and when they went out for dinner/3 times in 5 days. Complaints were made to Bryant but they do not manage this property so all they could do was call the HOA and let them know. It is advertised and is supposed to be a non-smoking complex. But I suppose the owners can do as they wish. I would and probably will use Bryant Real Estate again. However we will NEVER stay in this unit again, due to the possibility that the owners of the unit below may be on site.

Fantastic location for a weekend getaway with the kids. Great beach view great location relative to downtown Carolina Beach and restaurants if you don't mind a little driving and parking. Everything that impacted us about the reservation was great, some elements of the unit were a little dated, but functioning. The biggest issue we had were allowed upstairs neighbors. If you're going to rent here, I would highly recommend the uppermost unit. We were on the second floor and listen to a party until about four in the morning.

Nice Stay

A colleague and I were in town for a work conference. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the view and relaxing on the deck with an ocean view. Parking was a bit tight under the home and in the back space, but we managed fine. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect beach getaway! We loved that the beach was just walking steps from the door and it was close to restaurants and the grocery store. The property was clean and as described. The only thing that was somewhat troublesome was the parking as we got parked in on the day we were leaving. Other than that, our family had a great stay!

Quick beach get away

It was a quick get away. Great views and cute place. Only downfall would be that the upstair guests sounded like elephants walking around at all hours of the night and very early morning.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay, we spent every day at the beach, convenient walk to and from the beach. The home was clean, beautiful view of the ocean and the beach, just as described. The kitchen was pretty stocked, we had brought some extras thinking we might need them but ended up not using them! Very satisfied!

Beach Trip

I loved it . Very nice people to rent from. Shower curtain fill and they was right there to fix it. Great ocean front views. Easy to get to the beach. Easy to get around town, very close to the boardwalk. Great food all around. As far as price it was well worth what it cost me for a week. We eat in a lot it was so nice to come from beach and make our food and eat. But it was nice to eat out too. Over all great place to go. The beach was nice and clean there.
