Nous avons surnommé notre Condo "Chillaxing" en raison de la sensation de froid sur le pont avant, relaxant avec une boisson fraßche au bord de l'océan. Ce condo a été entiÚrement rénové et comprend des piÚces de vie spacieuses et peut accueillir 7 personnes. Chacune des 2 chambres à coucher a été décorée avec confort et classe. Chaque chambre a une terrasse, le maßtre faisant face à l'océan et la terrasse de la chambre d'invités offrant une vue sur le canal. Le condo dispose d'une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre (Netflix inclus) et d'appareils électroménagers et de bois franc récemment mis à jour.

Parking is horrible

I searched for a House on the beach. I ended up on the third floor of a condo.The security was not as expected. Someone could have gone over the railing onto our balcony with little effort.The parking was enough of a concern that we left a day early.

Concert Trip

We went to The Live Oak Pavilion for the Cody Jinks concert. The location was perfect with access to shopping and many restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the deck in the evening. Would stay again.

Perfect condo & location

A great condo located within walking distance to Sea Witch, Brit’s, fudge shop and Crush and Grind. Loved the large balcony. Everything was super clean and so spacious. Will definitely be back!

Spacious with beautiful view

Our stay was over Easter weekend 2023, and the weather was stormy and cold. The condo was bright, cheerful and very spacious, so we ended up enjoying the weekend anyway. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location with outstanding view

While the building itself is dated the owners have done a great job updating the interior of this condo. It worked great for our family of five. Everything was as described in the listing and communication with owner was great as well.

Great view and location

We stayed here for the weekend for a wedding. The location was great - we walked everywhere. View from the deck was fantastic and the beach is very easy to access. The condo was pretty clean, but it could use a fresh coat of paint on all the trim and doors - it would feel much cleaner. The building itself could definitely use an upgrade from all the salt water wear and tear, but overall, it was a decent place and suited our needs. Jorge was very responsive and gave us everything we needed to know before arriving.

Girls’ Trip

2 mommas with teen daughters escaped for a few days at the beach and we couldn’t have been in a better location! We loved being able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony and the short walk to the beach was perfect. We had never been to Carolina Beach before and it was nice to be walking distance from both the Boardwalk and the Pier. Had a great meal at Stoked which was also walking distance and we highly recommend! (4 for cleanliness because toilet in master had not been flushed before our arrival but otherwise it was spotless)

Improvements

There were not enough bath towels or kitchen towels in the unit. Also, we never could reset the door code so we had to use the code given to us in the email. The trim around the sliding door in the living room kept falling off which prevented the sliding door from opening all the way. Some type of window treatment, blind, shutter, etc. would be helpful in the kitchen due to the evening sun. The parking situation is not ideal, especially if someone is leaving early in the morning and there is a car parked behind them.

Great location, but that's the only positive

This property claims to sleep 7, but it does not comfortably accommodate 7 guests. The living room seats three people, the side chairs are hard and don't have arms which is very uncomfortable and awkward if you're wanting to relax after a day on the beach or walking around town. We arrived a few minutes early to check in and our condo had not even been cleaned. Cleaning crew showed up and spent 10 minutes max cleaning. There is no broom or sweeper in the condo, which is aggravating because you're always tracking in sand even when you leave your shoes at the door. There wasn' nough towels or washcloths for seven people. We had to wash them every single day. The linens for the pull out sofa were disgusting we had to wash those as well. The closets smelled like mildew. I don't believe this condo ever gets a deep cleaning. A ten minute pass by the cleaning crew each week and that's it. I'm not sure why theyemphasize bringing in the patio cushions when it is raining. The furniture is worn out as well as the cushions and there's only seating for four people. The parking situation should be in the description. It's terrible. The first come first serve spot by the pool was filled with two vehicles two days in a row which blocked anyone in the D bay from getting out. Because the location is great, being blocked in wasn't a huge deal, we walked almost everywhere we went. I messaged the host three times about the cleaning and the parking and never got a response.

The view was stunning. Loved waking up to a clear view of the ocean. Easily accessible out to the beach as well. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Cute, beachy vibe. No screen door on the front door which was a bummer because we wanted to leave it open to hear the waves! Also, the parking situation was a bit complicated until we figured it out. Overall it was a fun location and nice place to stay.

My wife and five children stayed for a week. We had an awesome vacation. The unit had a great setup and there was enough room for us all. The place could use a little tlc (Remotes had no batteries, some of the beach equipment was unusable, other small repairs needed). That being said I still rate it 5 stars and we would stay there again.

Everything you need for a great beach vacation!

We loved our stay at Carolina Beach. The condo had everything you could need and even some extras. In my experience normally overflow items like salt/pepper, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher packets, sponges, cleaning products, even toilet paper are removed. That was not the case here which eliminated the need to buy or bring. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants or the boardwalk. Parking was at times annoying due to not being able to squeeze through the outlets or contacting someone to move their car, but every place down there had the same style of parking. We basically exchanged numbers and texts with our fellow condo parking mates and reviewed our schedule early each day so no one would be blocked in.

The perfect getaway

The ultimate place to relax. Condo was clean, and had everything we needed. Great access to the beach, and within walking distance to the boardwalk and pier. The fireworks Thursday night were amazing! Will definitely be coming back and our kiddo didn’t want to leave. Thank you for an amazing stay.
