The home offers two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and a family room with a single sleeper sofa in the basement. There are two full baths, one on the main level with a tub and the other in the basement with a shower. There's plenty of paved parking for you and your family members coming together for a vacation.

Come home and relax to a comfortable living room and basement family room after a day of seeing what the area has to offer. Get cozy in front of one of the three TVs... in the living room, the family room, or the master bedroom. Prepare a feast in the kitchen, which is stocked with the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you need. There's a microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, rice cooker, toaster, and hot and cold water filter/dispenser in addition to the full-size refrigerator/freezer and stove. There's also a washer, dryer, and ironing board so you can do your laundry and press your clothes. Centralized air conditioning and heating will keep you comfortable, no matter which season you come for a visit.

Accommodating

We rented this location for singers who were here for our church for our spring revival. They spoke of the cleanliness and home like feel of the house. The location was perfect being so close to our church. Thank you Marian.

Simple nice well maintained home

Nice Place, easy to get to. Clean, simple home. We enjoyed the pin ball machine in the basement. Rooms were good size, bathroom was a little small. Shower had a nice two head setup, with plenty of hot water. We had a couple issues with the TV in the main room, but all other TV’s worked great. Yard was freshly mowed and house was in order.

This is the place

This place is a hidden gem. Everything was amazing. Plenty of room, warm and very cozy. The house and location is 5 star. Convenient to shopping areas. And the host is very welcoming. So glad we chose this place. Its truly a blessing.

Everything as expected

Everything from the listing and reviews was accurate. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, on our last full day we were locked out for over an hour when the batteries for the lock died. The host was responsive, and we were able to get back in; however, my daughter-in-law was unable to respond to work issues while her laptop was locked inside. We also missed part of the Columbus Blue Jackets game due to dealing with the lock issue.

Charming home

Our family of 4, including 2 adult children, stayed for a 4 day weekend to attend a nearby wedding. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked for our stay. The home has several spaces/rooms to spread out and catch up on work, read a book, or rest your eyes between family events. We enjoyed playing music in the downstairs while playing the available Scrabble Game to end our evenings. The road out front is very busy, but the white noise was consistent and didn’t cause a problem for sleeping. Next time we come to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Super clean and cozy

Overall cleanliness of home was fantastic and well supplied. The ice cream was a bonus for my 40th Birthday. Thanks for that! Comfortable and close to Dayton attractions, mainly for the Air Force Museum and Dayton Aviation Park. Definitely felt homely and safe indoors, perfect place for that reason.

Great location and wonderful home

What a great location and well maintained home. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible from the location. The house was super clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when in the area Super great communication with host.

Family Reunion

3 70yo+ cousins met here. It was 10 minutes to the airport and less than 20 minutes to the reunion. We thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream Friday evening. Please consider adding a grab bar or two in the tub/shower and handrails in the stairway downstairs. 2 of us with bad knees were too hesitant to go downstairs without a rail to support us. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

House was perfect for what we needed it for. The basement is cozy and the house was very clean. The location is not the greatest but it is close to alot food and such.

Excellent but only ONE recommendation

My stay was great. Great job of renovation and updating the property! One one thing... The compression shower rod in the lower bathroom will not stay up. I would suggest a permanently mounted rod (like the one in the upstairs bathroom) to solve that problem. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Location in a Cozy Home

I booked this property to cook for 51 drumline members for World Championships at WGI. The proximity of the kitchen to the door was an absolute game changer! The house was spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows were exactly what I needed after 16 hour days. I would absolutely stay again and, fingers crossed, this location will be available again next year. I highly recommend this property and this amazing host!

Exactly What We Needed (in more than 1 way)

Myself and two friends booked this property to attend the WGI World Championships. After a long, stressful season of coaching three teams, we needed to unwind and enjoy some time together as friends and take in the beauty that is our sport and this property was perfect for us. My husband and I take pride in the cleanliness of our Needmore rental property. We carefully go over the entire home after each renter and bring the home back to our extremely high cleaning standard. And our short-term tenants love it, as evident in the 5-star reviews they leave.
